Y'all really trying to talk up a milquetoast and uninventive menu like they discovered fire. I hope this isn't the best of what Miami has to offer because it would be a sad statement on a city with a lot of culture. This reviewer sounds like they'd be impressed by a Salt Bae joint. The bar is kind of low, huh.

You kidding? Fine dining was literally invented at fine hotels (Escoffier worked at the Savoy and the Ritz). In Europe especially, pretty much all the top hotels have Michelin-Starred restaurants, and the little ones usually have a grandmother in the kitchen cooking up something tasty. You’re thinking about the US exclusively when you think “hotel food”, although even here there are hotels with rich culinary traditions, such as the Halekulani in Hawaii.

Come on now. "I've been wanting to experience more elevated restaurants recently, and while browsing the Eater Miami..." - from the eater channel. Mhm. Yes. I see. Very believable.

Michelin Guide, Relais/Chateux, La Liste, etc… Step aside, because Eater Miami is the literal temple of gastronomical knowledge😂

Wow, is this a random customer experience? This is pretty average, your frothing over chips and french onion dip, pasta Alfredo with truffle but nothing shaved, crisp salmon and a layered cake?

Bad orders, get someone else with better palate that wouldn’t order fettuccine Alfredo.

The content of these influencer type videos prove to be as cheap as they appear. Take a hike.
