Don't message customers to divert sales off-platform in an attempt to save money on fees. A seller I bought from did that, and he's gone now.

Great video. There are two places to put your location. On your personal details together with your bank you must put your location. Agree. But under your profile picture on you shop, you can put your location too and it says put the city you want to sell to show potencial customers. Can you put there United States. I am from Spain. What do you think?

Thanks! I would always put the country where you actually live in your shop profile. I have mine set to the UK. Your shipping profile can then specify where you ship to (so for example, only the US)
