FYI Magnesium oil is not OIL. Magnesium oil is made from magnesium chloride flakes dissolved in water. It's basically a salt brine. It's called "oil" because it has a slightly oily feel. You can make your own magnesium oil with magnesium flakes (which you can purchase on Amazon) and distilled water. It is much cheaper to purchase the flakes and make your own, than to purchase pre-made oil, once you've decided that using magnesium is right for you. There are so many benefits to using magnesium (relaxation, muscle aches, muscle cramps, sleep, restless leg syndrome). Do your research. Magnesium chloride is easily absorbed and utilized by the body.

@NICHOLAS HURLEY No you dont have to eat it and the good thing about this is when you massage it into your scalp it will absorb into yourbody how I know this is because I notice since I've been doing this my eyes even look more white and clear like a Indian with pretty eyes 😆 use olive oil too not coconut oil olive oil is a better oil to me so make sure you find the one that says organic at your grocery store I personally buy it from Kroger supermarket so the goal is to do this religiously in you will see results in you will also notice some of the other changes I talk about too you taking care of your hair so that will become another life another eye for you it's very deep your hair is connected to your body it holds your DNA and it's a Atenna to the universe that's why I decided to regrow mines in stop getting it cut by these no good barbers must of us guys black guys wouldn't even have hair problems if we never let people play in our heads like that them white boys dont get those low hair cuts like we do atleast most of them dont they just get there's trim and I think the hair is not supposed to be cut low like that that's why each time a person gets that cut they hairline goes back each time how can you keep cutting something but want it to continue to grow woman never experience hair loss like a man because of one factor they dont cut thier hair real low if you have enough hair on your scalp to begin with you can recover from hair loss but it's much harder if you have very little and us black guys we always be cutting our shit very low so once our hair loss start it much easier for it to effect us now in order to regrow it all the way back you have to start all over again when you was a bald baby to regrow your hair so it's going to take time but it will happen if you religiously put in the effort in massage it everyday with onion garlic in olive oil once you put in the work the rest will happen it's kind of a energy and rythem type of thing just stay on course even if you have to do this 15 years do it that's how you make the impossible happen in break a barrier and get results goodluck

I just finished making mine. If you don’t have the magnesium oil, you can make your own by using equals parts of water and pure epsom salt. Turn on the stove and when your salt is dissolved, add it to your mixture and that’s it. It does have an oily feel to it. ( forgot to mention you do not use high heat.)
@akatrip24 жыл бұрын
Magnesium oil is made from magnesium chloride. Epson salts is made of magnesium sulfate. Though they both contain magnesium, the results are not the same. Magnesium chloride is the best choice because of its clinical and pharmacological effects, and its lower tissue toxicity as compared to magnesium sulfate. Magnesium chloride is more easily assimilated, and therefore more bioavailable or absorbed and utilized by the body. Whereas magnesium sulfate is not as easily absorbed and utilized in the body. Magnesium sulfate is also more rapidly excreted through the kidneys than magnesium chloride, which explains why results don’t last long, and more amounts are needed for desired effects. You can make your own magnesium oil with magnesium flakes which you can purchase on Amazon. It is much cheaper to purchase the flakes and make your own once you've decided that using magnesium is for you. There are so many benefits to using magnesium. Do your research.
@aviaunce14 жыл бұрын
Epsom salts is weaker, but it serves the same function because in this form their are lubricants. Which is an added bonus for your hair. The benefits of magnesium, is associated with pain, sore muscles, tension headaches , inflammation and so on. I take magnesium tablets that was prescribed by my doctor for headaches, even though it did not work for me, the benefits are amazing. Thank you for responding to my comment.

Awww so sorry you are very far from me. Please read the ingredients. I will prefer the Magnesium oil. The spray is better for the skin.

Hey Selina, both of your hair looks great. I have never heard of magnesium butter but I definitely need to try that bc I need more moisture. Your Shea butter looks great too & I love that you don’t apply direct heat so you get all the nutrients. This looks like an amazing butter. FW & have a great day

Happy New Year! Thanks for detailed information. Do you have any recommendations on how to Reverse Gray hair?
@sassyrarebreed99144 жыл бұрын
I can share these options with you and they can be used in a few different ways. You can experiment and find what works best for you. Try Hibiscus, Pomegranate, Amla and Tulsi, they come in oil, powder and the last 2 in herbs. I know yellow Onion treatment and Onion Infused oil works too. You also need to Manage stress and make sure you get enough sleep. Stress can cause hair to grey prematurely/ faster because it affects the stem cells that control hair pigment. Add black sesame seeds to your diet 2-3x a week(1-2 tbsp in smoothies, salads, yogurt or sprinkled over your food). Drink about 6oz of Amla juice everyday/ Massage the Amla(pure) oil 1x week to your scalp and hair. The oil can be used as a oil trmt prior to washing your hair and you can leave it in for few hours, some leave it in 6-8 hrs. Add vitamin B(6,12,folic acid) and copper to your diet. Watch your intake of Phytic acid in your diet.. I hope this isn't too much. 🙏🌱
