In this video, today, I’m going to review with you the meaning and importance of the section on the Nerve Support Formula called: “Other Ingredients”. This is the area where a supplement company must list what the capsule is made of and any fillers used in the formula.
Fillers, in capsules, are substances that either help absorb moisture, or they can act as flow agents to prevent powdered product from sticking to manufacturing machinery, which can jam up the equipment. Fillers can also be used so that the size of the capsule is filled to the correct proportions.

After four years of taking Lyrica and a good Vitamin B supplement. And two years of having a nerve stimulator implanted. I think it is safe to say that the nerve damage in my lower spine is not going to heal/regenerate. Although the symptoms, from my investigations, would point to peripheral nerve damage.

Hey Jim. Please don't give up. You have not completely headed down the proper path. You're missing quite a few steps, which may be the reason you haven't seen any results. First, realize that Lyrica doesn't repair nerves, it's simply used to control symptoms, which only works in about 50% of the population. Next, the best quality B supplement isn't going to do the trick. You need to have all 7 of the critical nutrients, as outlined in the research, and they must be in the appropriate amounts. Wow, I did not know that gelatin could cause such problems. I will avoid these items. Gelatine, so far, was the only one I have found in my supplements, which is my vitamin D3 capsules. Thank you sooooo much. I will have to search for a good nerve supplement without these dangerous additives.

For Vitamin D3, I always prefer using it in liquid form because you'll get better bioavailability and you can take higher doses. The brand I recommend, because it's already complexed with K2 is Trace Minerals D3 + K2 (you should always take your vitamin D3 with K2). Do not take past 2pm (due to the concentration of B12, it can interfere with sleep cycles and keep some people awake when taken in the evening).
