I've had neuropathy for about 11 years ( felt like 100 needles sticking me through the bottom of my feet ) my hands also had a deep aching pain. I've been on gabapentin the whole time. Hi Dr Valarie, I’ve been going over your videos. I’ve actually tossed my so called Vit B complex as well my Magnesium complex. I’ve placed an order for the nuphoria gold but I’m wondering if I should also use the blue. I’ve been dx’d with chronic nerve damage in my lumbar spine. The pain I’m feeling is mainly in my legs shooting down to my feet. I get random sharp pains and my leg feels like it’s on fire. I wish I could afford the consultation but I’m a disabled senior on a fixed income. I’d rather spend the money on the product. Thank you so much for your very valuable information . I see the gmp on the bottle but not the usp or the other one. Please let me know your recommendation on nuphoria blue. God Bless

Hi Virginia. You have to be careful because most of the time they're using cyanocobalamin and not methylcobalamin. If they're using the methyl-form then it's great. Otherwise, I would stop getting them. Blessings

Hi Dr Valerie, I have already presented my brief medical history in another video and just wanted to say some more about the $0.25 banana splits. It doesn't seem possible that the United States could have $0.25 banana splits and $0.19 gasoline where someone pumped the gas for you, cleaned your windshield and checked your oil. That was Gus, the owner, who would also give me tips on how to take care of the cars. Those days are gone in East St Louis Illinois and the United States. East St Louis Illinois has always way ahead of the rest of the country in predicting what the future holds. We had the first housing project and the first United Nations prototype high-rise building project next to the train tracks. We were number one in highschool football, my dad was the quarterback and per capita murders. But overall life was good. We were all what I would call Teddy Roosevelt Democrats - one flag, one language, no hyphenated Americans. We were free to choose how we lived our lives. No one forced us to wear masks or get untested vaccines. If you were male and you wanted to dress like a woman you moved to 8th and Pennsylvania. If you were a lesbian you had your own bars. If you wanted to gamble there was the back room of the cab stand across the street and kids were welcome. We also had an excellent library and Boy's Club, all within a couple blocks. Hi Larry. So here's the dilemma. In order to get all of the critical nutrients in at a therapeutic dose (as outlined in the research) it's impossible to get it all in just a couple of capsules. So, for instance when you look at our formulas Nuphoria cm Gold and Nerve defense you'll notice that all of the necessary nutrients are there but they're split into 2 bottles. Again, that's only because the amounts necessary to meet the requirements for therapeutic doses are too large to squeeze into one or 2 capsules. Hope this helps. Blessings.
