This 10 Minute Chair Workout For Weight Loss with NO EQUIPMENT will make you feel great!
Chair workout has never been more fun than now. You can finally get in shape while you sit without the use of expensive equipment or having to go to some germ-infested gym. Visit www.chairworkouts.com for more great workouts.
Today's chair workout is all about consistent movement with no rest breaks for a total of 10 minutes. We transition from one move to the next every 30 seconds. This routine will challenge you in ways you never thought possible. I am going to push you to break FREE from those EXCUSES and grasp greatness.
Chair workouts are believed to be for the old or crippled. But I'm here to prove that 100% incorrect. You will feel your shoulders, legs, stomach, and many other parts of your body being worked.
Chair workouts are excellent if you find yourself short on time, have an injury that prevents you from doing certain things, and are very useful if you're sitting down all day.
I am confident that you will get amazing RESULTS when you do my chair workouts. You are going to get sweaty and feel the burn in a matter of minutes. As a matter of fact, all I need from you is just 10 minutes,

I totally agree with you. I have MS and this is such a huge help to have modified versions. I really enjoy the one for heavy legs with green tee on. I like how he always emphasizes no excuses and it feels like he's right in front of you with the motivational pep talks about our form😊

Hi Donovan! My name is Kim and this is the first day of the rest of my life. You see, I am 54 years old and weigh 460lbs. My BMI is 72.3. I have been battling morbid obesity for most of my adult life. I finally, after 10 years of arguing with my doctor, agreed to gastric surgery....only to find out that my insurance will only cover it if I have a BMI over 45 (check) and a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. I do NOT have diabetes so they will not cover the surgery. I took the news as God wants me to do this without surgery and today was day 1. I was only able to make it through half of this workout but my goal is to do a little more every day. I'm glad I found you!!

You will do this Kim.. I too am severely overweight.. My knee has swollen up so bad it's hard to walk. Today is day one for me too... I have high blood pressure and my back hurts.. Here's to the beginning of the rest of very long healthy lives for us both ❤️

We got this ladies!!!! Im 38 and am bow tipping 400lbs😭 since covid….it’s sooo hard to move I cannot believe how much last 50 lbs I gained has restricted my life… I have been approved for the surgery but I have to lose 10% to get there, together we can do it… it’s so lovely I feel so absolutely beaten… but I have an amazing 10yr old boy who I want to watch grow up so I have to succeed!!!!!

I’m 80 and I’ve tried everything in a workout, you name it! This 10 minute chair is perfect. I can do it! I started last Friday morning. I planned on doing it again in the afternoon but got halfway through. Today is Tuesday and I feel so good after my chair workout. Listen to your body. I’m thinking a walk with my dog later on today. Cancer patient here recovering from surgery of metal rod inserted in my femur to keep the bone from breaking since it's eaten away by cancer. Needed to get moving so my lymph nodes stop hurting and these videos are just the ticket! Thank youuuuuuuuu so much!! I am so happy I found your channel. I am 38 yrs old and I am 391 pounds. I am also a single momma of 3. I was diagnosed with 2 types of lupus, fibromyalgia, type 2 diabetes , endometriosis, a pulmonary embolism and now pulmonary hypertension. The doctors say I can lose the weight because all the steroids and medications I am on. They said I might die early. Well I am here to prove them wrong!! I will live and I will lose this weight. I will be around to see my children grow up and live their lives!!

I've had lower back pain for over a month. I was working out at least 4 times a week and felt that I was losing all my progress. I found you online and you saved me...I'm back to moving using your exercises. This was my first one, many more to go thank you Donovan.

This is just what I have been looking for. I work at night with one to one clients. These exercises are perfect as I am not able to move around the room alot as it would disturb them.

OMG, I just did this and can't believe how I was sweating and felt the burn. The assumption is that because your sitting down, it won't be much of a work out. Not true at all. I will be making this apart of my regimen for sure. There is no excuse not to. Thanks Donavan!

I'm 64 dr said I've got degenerative spine/arthritis, neuropathy in both feet and diabetes. Terrible balance due to neuropathy. Your workouts are perfect for me! I feel&see a difference. I'm serious about my life change.

Okay... I'm 59 (60 in 3 months) and I need to lose some weight and try to get some kind of muscle tone before we head to Europe for a month in June. I am surprised that 1) you actually get a workout from stitting in a chair 2) the ten minutes went pretty quickly 3) I'm breathing hard, but I think I might be able to do this. I will keep you posted as to how this next month goes. I will commit to doing this 10 minute work out every day for the next 30 days. Wish me luck and prayers!!

I have been doing your workouts since I had my big toe amputated and I have healed beautifully and also gone from 317 lbs to 270 along with a great meal plan!!! By the way, I am now walking, healed, and wearing shoes again!!!

Thank you Donovan. I have been in many many accidents and surgeries since I was 24. I haven't really been able to do much, except walk. It has truly broken my heart because I am a very outdoor person. Today I decided I would workout only if the person would inspire me to keep going. You have a way because you care. I was able to do 5:42 minutes today and I am so proud of myself.

i'm so glad i found you. i have cerebral palsy. few years ago i fell hit my head 2 times and my husband wants me sit down alot i fell again and i couldn't get up and i noticed i gotten weak and i can't walk far without needing sit down. i was searching stuff i can in chair i came across your videos. thank you so much

I used to go tot he gym 3 days a week and ran 2-3 miles regularly. Just under 2 years ago I was diagnosed with MS. My balance is shot and walking and standing are rough on my best day. I've lost so much muscle mass. I just found this today and I'm just so happy. It gives me that feeling of pushing myself I thought I'd lost.

I started a weight loss journey recently and this was my first work out. I am very obese so a chair workout was where I knew I have to start. I loved it!!!! I didn’t get all the way through with legs. But I kept the arms going.

Thank you for this video, this was my first workout other than Physical Therapy when I was learning to walk again. Small backstory Nov 2020, after having CV-19 I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis. In which my body is attacked my spinal cord instead of cv-19, causing my right side to go numb. I still deal with chronic back pain and numbness daily. Well I picked up about 20 to 30 lb since I haven't been able to work and this was my very first workout post TM. And you motivated me to do the whole 10 minutes, as soon as I start crying because I thought I was going to have to stop and couldn't go no farther, you started pushing and motivating right on time and I thank you for that. I made it the whole 10 minutes.

OMG I feel great after this workout - I have arthritis in both my knees so I thank God for finding you Donavan - I have been spreading the word about these particular chair work that you do - I have tried other chair workouts however yours are the best for me and when I do your workouts I feel like I’ve had a workout. I pray that God will Bless you and for making a difference in the lives of us who can no longer go to the gym or run or walk a good distance due to health issues

I've been in 3 major car accidents that have left me with a fused back, total ankle replaced, and riddled with arthritis in my 40s.Over the past 2 years, I've now put on ovr 50 lbs and can not do physically the workout I use to. Now that I've found you, I'm working out daily & will share before/after pics in a month. I thank you for taking time for those of us struggling 🙏🏼

Hi Donovan, 63+ years old. Started doing your workout again after 3 years off… Eating healthier and doing your workout. Just started last week. Lost 1 inch in my waistline ❤️❤️. I’m sending your video to friends and family ❤️. I’m a below the knee amputee (cancer). So Grateful that I was led to your channel! Even if I can’t wear my prosthesis at times, I can still workout and get Fit! Thank You!!

Hi, I had a stroke aged 31 and have very limited movement in my left armand left leg. It's very hard for me to find exercises to do. I've just tried this chair work out and it's amazing, thank you so much! I'm out of breath and feel revitalised

My brother. I am a 50+ year old man with cerebral palsy. CP has always been a challenge but with my work-from-home job I have found that I have gotten lazier and lazier and my muscles have gotten tighter and tighter. I just did the work out from this video and it was a challenge as it should be. I will keep at it and will get myself in a better spot thanks to the service you provide. You are a champion my friend. Thank you from me and others that have benefitted from your work!

I'm a fat lazy bloke but I decided to try this. I just tried this for the first time. It's harder than it looks but it feels like I've actually done something. My shoulders and inner hips feel tight/tired and sweat is dripping from my forehead. I'm going to keep this up daily. Maybe twice if I can. It feels like a good start for "lazy bones" to get into exercise

I had a total knee replacement three weeks ago and today was my first chair workout. It was scary and challenging, but really awesome to feel my body move well again. Thank you!! I'll be back tomorrow.
