Hello Mr Greene I just came across your chair workouts, God bless you I have MS and the disabilities tend to get worse as time goes by Well me walking is a hobbling mess with the assistance of all walls in the house Just now I did what I could with this stretching video and Mr Green I walked up and down the hall with NO WALL ASSISTANCE Thank you for doing this video for me ❤ My unexpected tears of joy tonight are for walking Thank You

This is very true. Stretch those smaller muscles too.I can testify as one who lost use of thumb and wrist...take care of the little hand and foot muscles. He is right.

Love your videos! Ive introduced your style and videos to an elderly man that is homebound and started working with him to try to get home moving. Hoping one day to hopefully see him get up on his own without help and be able to walk on his own. He's very excited about your videos and the very 1stbday did 22 minute workout. AMAZING! This is such a high-quality, full-body stretch routine that is doable for people like myself who have gained some COVID weight and are incorporating fitness into our lives again. I do this at least once a day at my fast-paced office job, and it really helps me rest and reset, and my flexibility is coming along quickly! Thank you for this wonderful routine. ❤️

I’m at work, it’s 3am. My body was so tense. After doing your workout I can make through this shift with no problems. This was the BEST stretch I’ve had in a long time. Rejuvenating!

I do the ab workout with you everyday except for Wednesday where I rest and recover. Today, I did the seated stretches and I found it to be calming and helpful. I was thinking you could do a balance exercise, thoughts

Good day, I just came across your video and this is finally a restart video that I can do. I’m 54 years old. I haven’t worked out in 5 years. I started getting tight and I gained 30 pounds in that timeframe. I’m trying to get back into shape while I’m still 100% healthy. I typically try to watch Melanated female workouts, but they’re not a lot of them. Because I understand that we as melanin people have more muscle mass than our counterparts.
