It's annoying when writers make characters dumber than they have been previously and not learned from past mistakes. Since I don't really blame Barry for getting tricked by Zoom. He was right the first time but because everyone else didn't want to think the worst of Jay. Barry ended up going along with it because he didn't want the team to be upset. For once this was Barry learning from his mistake. Being willing to go up against his team when he knew he was right. Despite them having zero reason to be that naive.

She says it and it's instantly annoying and bs, even though she just repeated what he had said. She didn't blame him for leaving her, she had bottled up her emotions and they all exploded at that moment. She knew and fully understood why he left. I don't recall her agreeing that "Jay" wasn't bad but he had helped them so they trusted him until the truth was revealed. People hate her when there's no reason to. It's like they wanted her to be a certain way and hate her because she isn't.

The crossovers all have their strengths for various reason if you look at what they did at the time they were made. Elseworlds is charming and Crisis wasn't bad but they made some giant writing mistakes that is hard to overlook, and it was clear by the reactions at the time. Milage varies depending on just how much nostalgia it can feed you. Earth X in the other hand did the impossible. In less than 4 weeks and on somewhere between a 12 and 20 million dollar budget. Was able to make a better Justice League movie that came out the same year and cost 300 million dollars. On top of that they didn't have access to all the top tier characters and still they made a better movie. For that a lone Earth X takes home the prize.

I wish they did more crossovers after COIE but I guess COVID ruined that for us. Just imagine we could have had one last crossover between Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman, Superman & Lois, Stargirl and Black Lightning. And have characters from supergirl show up.

And Ruby Rose quitting ruined the plans they had for Supergirl and Batwoman separate crossover. Which is a shame the only time she was able to act was when she was with Melissa. The events Barry and Jefferson talks about during Armageddon was their planned crossover but since they knew the arrowverse was ending and that they wouldn't do any more crossovers. They decided to make it into an unseen event to explain the injustice protocol.

Barry also ask Spectre to find him a team of heroes witch leads Barry to Stargirl’s Earth 2 JSA.

I think if Devoe wasn’t always three steps ahead, Barry would’ve been able to convince the team much easier. I’m fairly certain that’s a part of the writers showing how clever Devoe is. He’s The Thinker. If he was a believable villain in the first couple of episodes, it’d ruin the effect of his character.
