I think he'd smile and talk more with the creators of the present day Bugatti for on and on because just like Ettore's cars, the present day Bugattis are crazy monsters as well. Also I guess, in the past weight was a problem because their engines only could churn out a little HP than today's cars. Today, there are 4cyl cars that make 300 HP. The Chiron is definitely heavy but they have obviously implemented lightweight components to wherever they could so they could acheive the 2.3 seconds.
