I once got a talking to by my lieutenant for mumbling (in a similar circumstance). “Not enough to deal with this bullshit” She was a drunk ex-girlfriend who drove to her ex-boyfriend’s friends house to hassle him after he had reached his breaking point and left to flee her bullshit. And the friend had been filming her on his cell phone from the garage. Before I was on scene she tried to push past him to get into the house and give another ration of shit to her ex and the buddy just gave her a slight nudge to keep her out of the garage but since the driveway was at a bit of a steep pitch, she rolled ass over tea kettle down to the asphalt and was laying there in a heap raising hell. He was willing to press on disorderly so as I was cuffing her, she starts screaming about her job and how she makes more in a month than I probably do in a year and then demands to know what I get paid hourly. It just slipped out and the body can caught it…. I have no regrets though.
