Which sucks, cause it's a legitimate legal term that is being misused. Travel simply refers to your right to move between cities and states of the union without obstructions. Has nothing to do with HOW you travel. Vehicles are NOT protected by the right to travel. Well.. Except horses.. but that's more of an owning an animal thing. Im not saying he’s racist, but it seems the driver has had a number of run ins with the law and probably feels violated in the past, and wants to prevent that from happening again. I still remember when I was stopped by police four different times two years ago in October and just stopped driving in the area I felt I was being harassed in. Most cops are really nice folk. A couple of weeks ago I got pulled over by a Sheriff when I was going 75 mph on a 55 mph highway.( It was straight and empty for at least 10 miles before it turned into mountain pass roads.) I knew I was speeding, but I still gave him all my paperwork, I was still polite and complied with what he needed. Because of that, he let me off with a verbal warning and told me to stay safe and have a nice day. Most police officers just want you to behave in a safe manner and dont fuck with you if you dont break the law. #BlueLivesMatter
