DONUTS Homemade | easily do it yourself 🍩
24 donuts with only 1kg of flour
Ingredients:
1 glass of warm water 300 ml
1 glass of warm milk 300 ml
3 tablespoons of sugar
Half a glass of oil
1 packet of instant yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 egg
5 cups of flour 1 kilo type 405

Preparation:
Put 1 glass of warm milk, 1 glass of warm water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, half a glass of oil, 1 packet of instant yeast, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, teaspoon of vanilla sugar and 1 egg in the kneading bowl and whisk well.
Then we keep stirring, gradually adding the flour. When the dough has the consistency, we start kneading. I achieved this consistency by using a total of 5 cups of flour. After the kneading process is over, we let it rest for an hour by covering it. After 1 hour we flour the worktop, put the dough on it and knead the whole thing together. Then we cut it into 4 equal parts. We process one directly and the remaining 3 are covered. We roll out our dough with the help of a rolling pin so that it is 1 to 1.5 cm thick. It is best to place it on baking paper. For the round circles, it is best to use a glass bowl for a small lid. Then we cut the donuts all around with a knife so you can later easily separate them from the paper and put them in the hot oil.
Let them rise for another 15 minutes then we take a pan and heat the oil on medium heat, bake the donuts on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden. Finally, boil some water in a saucepan, put a bowl on top, put the chocolate in with a little oil and let it melt slowly while stirring.
Depending on your wishes, we put the finished donuts in sugar in chocolate, we decorate the whole thing, then the donuts come in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
