Hello. You can make an injector tester from any hydraulic jack. I no longer know the dimensions at which I machined the cylinder on the lathe. You have to drill the piston at the base and make a cover in the upper part of the cylinder. On that cover you have to mount a pressure gauge and a pipe that goes to the injector.

Lets see, an inoperative gauge so you don't know what pressure the injector is popping off at so in essence it is useless.

This pressure gauge is from the beer dispensers. I think higher pressures are needed to work. The device for checking injectors works, only the pressure gauge needs to be replaced.

20 ton jack is kinda overkill and totalky unnecessary. The cheapest 8 ton harbor freight jack will achieve the same results.

Depende del modelo de inyector. Este inyector debe abrirse a 173 bares. En este video no funcionaba el reloj indicador, pero resolví el problema.

I wanted to see if an injector tester can be made from a hydraulic jack. This pressure gauge is for beer dispensers and I think much higher pressures are needed to work. It's a functional project, only it needs another pressure gauge..

The project is not completed. I wanted to see if an injector tester could be built from a hydraulic jack. A fuel tank is very easy to add.

Great build. I'll be making one myself, bot sure what gauge to yse either.. 400bar seemed smart but apparently not, or you had a bad injector or low pressure petrol one 🤔 mine will be primarly for diesel so id expect 250bar i believe 🤔 hmm.. thanks for this 👏🏼👍🏻👍🏻

Hello. The pressure gauge is good. The problem was with the tap, diesel fuel went from the jack to the injector or from the injector to the pressure gauge. I canceled the tap function and now it works fine.
