Most videos I've seen will show pretty lackluster simple drills. This mixes it up for me quite nicely. Thank you for sharing!

I've seen so many terrible instructional drill videos for double end, heavy, Mexican double end, speed bag; 89% are complete bs. Your video actually shows some good lateral movements with easy to remember combos. Good on ya, subscribed!

By far my favourite bit of kit. What's ur opinion on the boxing head ball. The gyms up here in Scotland will still be closed for a long time after urs r open and I only have a heavy bag, so was thinking of getting one.

The Boxing Head Balls are great for eye-hand coordination so a good bit of kit to mix up your training. I can imagine Scotland might be a few weeks behind England in opening gyms, unfortunately, but hopefully you can back soon

You can do nodes in the ropes to make it shorter and tighter

I'm 5'5. Does the height of the bag matter? Or is this just for accuracy ? I want to prepare for taller opponents.
@Systency3 жыл бұрын
Kinda but not really you want it to be at eye level because when someone is punching at you it’s coming to the face or body

Which size Double End Bag is better for what purposes, 6", 7" or 9", and which brand do you think is better, Title, Cleto Reyes, Everlast or Ringside?
