Making it today. I have a whole ham from Snake River Farms. Throwing on my SNS Kettle, using Dizzy Pig - Pineapple Head rub, cherry wound smoke and your cook method and glaze. Thanks, I will report on the results.

Great video! The glaze looks really good. Is the cinnamon overpowering at all, or does it blend well with the bourbon that you use? Thanks!

Didn't view this before I got the Honey Baked Ham, but rest assured, I will be making this recipe when we bust out of quarantine.

My sister in law (who doesn’t cook) always brings a Ham Fake Ham over for Christmas to serve next to my full rack of prime rib. Only the beef bone remain after an the ham is hardly touched. The Honey Baked thing amazes me where it’s like people don’t own knives. The honey baked always dry out because it’s prep sliced.

What size is the ham that you smoked? Would an 11lb spiral ham take 3 hours at 275°? Thank you!
@TheBBQBuddha2 жыл бұрын
At 275° allow 20 minutes per pound is a good guide.
