Great review Doug! ... usually the owners of civilian armored vehicles want to keep a low profile, stay under the radar, in order to keep their privacy, they ride in armored vehicles (from B3 thru BR7) that otherwise look like any regular car from the outside. Besides, this kind of vehicles should be available only to law enforcement agencies, potential buyers for civilian armored vehicles should be required to pass a criminal background screening... great car Alpine Armoring! Cool factor: 5 out of 5!

instead of the star pixels on the ceiling, I'd put in an auxillary interactive screen incase the software glitched out due to any number of tactical situations as a back up that would show a pre programmed route for escape using a map of the initial area. The plan C method.

My biggest concern about this thing is the service factor. Most automotive shops have hoists no bigger than a 12000lb rating or smaller. Owners of these trucks would need to be aware of this when choosing a repair/service facility. As a former tech myself, I know that working underneath a vehicle on the hoist that weighs as much or exceeds the weight limit of the hoist can get quite sketchy, and even dangerously scary.😮

@@Danse_Macabre_125 it still matters, because then you’re still spending way more on fuel than you normally would. An extra tank doesn’t make the mileage any better at all. Clearly that fact escapes you. It’s like putting a bandaid on a fatal wound, you’re just covering up the bad thing by trying to make it seem better than it is. So now instead of $130+ worth of fill up, you’re now paying $260 or more each fill up. Oh yeah, that extra tank is sooooo much better.

So, as far as the exhaust is concerned…a quick shot of spray foam insulation fixes that, foam expands, and the guard actually facilitates this in this case…might wanna rethink that quirk…otherwise it becomes a 500k hiding spot…

So an suv to combine lightweight components (wheels, battery, carbon fiber/kevlar/magnesium components, lightweight seats, lightweight a/c compressor, multimedia and radio, less sound deadening material to parts that are actually armored and bullet proof. Also, awd capability. Not need to be huge, probably a 4 seater, around 190 inches would be fine. I think I'll start a crowfunding
