Hey Eric, I use quick connects on both sides of injector so I can pop it off quickly and replace/swap with a spare I keep in truck (either 2.1 more draw and 2.3-regular) both are GP stainless steel with S/S spring and ceramic ball. (From Kleen-rite). …or just blow into the injector (or push in lightly with something) to unseat ball without taking apart, the ball sticks sometimes especially non-stainless. A little squirt of Wd-40 once in a while helps. Btw, I could take injector out of the line all together if needed but I have ball valve bypass.

I use WD-40 with the small diameter tube, it feeds right in the injector hole and when the engine of the pressure washing is off, I push the small ball and score some Wd-40 it works really good.

My biggest challenge at the moment is getting my original 1.8 downstream venturi, integrated into the pomp, to work on the 100ft hose. I did the same as you but it only works with a 50ft hose. My idea is to remove and bypass the venturi downstream. What should I look for to work with hoses longer than 100ft??? 4GLM 4000psi

Switch to ceramic. I did and haven’t had to do anything with mine for 2 years. I have been waiting on the spring to fail for a while. It’s now become a game to see how long it’ll last. But I also put a blast of red spray grease in the injector daily

All you have to do is start your machine and pull the hose off the injector. Carry with you either a paperclip or something else and poke it while it's running. You will then feel it pulling vacuum with your fingertip. I rinse my injector every time I wash a house I rinse the last side of the home through the injector.

Yes I rinse after every job. Multiple times a day. Injector is only 2 months old. Surprised it stuck so soon. This is my first Injector, so glad it was a simple fix. Good learning experience

My 1st and only Injector is almost a year old. This was the only issue I ever had and I just had to unstuck the ball. I have a 3 way that I use to rinse the injector after each job. Helps protect big time

1 psi 1/4 inch check valve. Remove the spring and ball. Problem solved. Check valves last much longer. Last one lasted almost 300 hours.

Using the 3 way ball valve (the plastic one), do you see a drop in the "flow rate"? Since it's pulling both SH and diluted soap solution at the same time, as opposed to just straight SH (with surfactant mixed into the SH tank). Thanks!

My 3 way Pulls a soap/sh mix from 1 tank. Pulls great. If I turn the ball valve the other way it Pulls water to flush the injector

New to the channel thank you for sharing. New to the biz just bought a second machine professional grade. Even with my first machine I can't seem to get soap through the injector (the regular type with quick connect) unless it's with the black soap tip. I have a j-rod tried all the tips no dice. Even tried with new injector that can with the machine. The arrow is pointing towards the wand (away from the pump) tried it the other way too. Only able to do driveway for now since I can't get the height for a house. Frustrating. Any help as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

@@lastnamefirst650 just downstream with a Gp 2.1 fixed injector. And just don’t let it sit so the out pressing the trigger for more than a minute you’d be fine .. ita strong jet is just a hassle carrying more hose and a bucket with a lot of over spray
