Collin county Texas is one of the wealthiest and fastest growing counties in the country , JOCO is the same just bigger compared to kcmo it’s little brother

How ironic is this? This probably ended up in my feed because I watched that 'CBS reports' documentary on the Oak Park mall in 1982, where people were worried about the mall destroying downtown Overland Park business. I guess that didn't happen. Of course, that boom of 2018 is probably long over with the pandemic.

Yes and no it was tired need a face lift ,The massive apartments building boom is over the top they are high end that helps
