Downtown Woodruff Sc Is Thriving - Get In On The Boom!

Woodruff South Carolina is one of the fastest-growing cities in the state. This growing area is quite charming, and the locals are very friendly. We did see where several new restaurants and shops are coming soon to the Downtown Main Street area. While driving into Woodruff, we saw several new subdivisions popping up also. They were close to the new **"Plant Woodruff". ** See the link below for more information. This new BMW plant is a HUGE deal around here, as they plan to employ 300 folks. I heard from a local that a new Ingles grocery store is coming also.
Distance from Woodruff to I-85 is 11 miles, and to Simpsonville is 16 miles, Downtown Greenville is 24 miles, GSP Airport is 17 miles, and Hospital in Simpsonville is 12 miles away.

The "Cost of Living" is much lower here in South Carolina, and TAXES are MUCH lower than in many other places to live.
