If the wish for 3063 for info on the actual entity the contacts via the fly, or permanent cease of deals even after the alloted time, it will only pretend to consent, and give nothing useful, or alter reality for the next person which is super cursed. Its "interpretation" of any wish that involves ABOVE normal world stuff or basic superpowers is incredibly monkey paw-ish, and it often uses causality and its reality powers to screw over people who try dig too deep. It will give perfect normal wishes just fine, but you won't get anywhere useful trying to get knowledge or power that can't be known or understood yet. If the Devil's Deal refuses to deal with 682, the Fly will grant the wish but not in any way that is fair.
