Anup. p Yes it does destroy stomach fat. The best time to consume garlic is before you go to bed. your body cleanse itself while your asleep. It's also good to take it when you wake up too. Be sure to not eat for 2 hours when you wake and drink plenty of water when you rise from sleep. You will see a major difference in about 3 weeks. Don't forget to exercise too (sit ups.)

Garlic is soo underrated as a anti-depressant. I've been taking garlic cloves for about 2 weeks now and I sware I have never felt better. Everytime I take a couple crushed cloves, i feel so good about 15 to 20 mins after. It almost feels like I drank a glass of wine. without the dizzy buzzed feeling. I takes away anxiety (for me anyway) better than Ativan/xanax. Garlic most definitely works on your neurological system. Fixing embalances and providing a energy boost. I love it. I watched this video a few years ago and I have been doing exactly this for 2 years straight. 1 clove in the morning on empty stomach with water and 1 clove at night with water and sometimes a cup of green tea. Before I started doing this my cholesterol levels were between 220-230. My blood pressure was 145/90 on average. The last 2 years my cholesterol is a steady 160-170 range and my BP is 115/75 on average. There are many benefits that I personally have experienced from garlic alone. Thank you doctor for telling it like it is and being "Real". A lot of doctors are legal drug dealers and it's very disheartening. I commend you for sharing!

Great question Mimi! If you want to clean your pores then CHEW the garlic but you will have the garlic smell. If you SWALLOW chopped garlic with a glass of water, it won't fully break down until it reaches your colon and you WON'T smell like garlic. Recap: 1. Chewing garlic cleans the pores but you'll have to deal with the smell. 2. Swallowing chopped garlic helps clean and balance the gastrointestinal tract without the smell.

@marcintomasz6 жыл бұрын
So as I understand there are several Foods that go into a specific category sort of like an epoxy glue where you mix two chemicals together, garlic is one of them that releases the good chemicals when it is chopped and that's hence why we have a garlic press you let it sit for 10 minutes so the chemicals mix. Same thing happens with broccoli and brussel sprouts. if you cook broccoli you kill the enzymes that create that effect but I saw that you can use mustard powder and use it's enzyme to get the benefit after cooking broccoli. You definitely don't get the taste of broccoli because of the mustard powder but maybe they make mustard powder capsules. If you have anything to add or contradict please let me know if you believe I'm in error.

What about oxidation? I am almost certain, it would affect the quality of the alacin. Just like freshly cut onions, you want to eat them fresh, not after they have been exposed. The smell of the garlic changes if left that way and this is something only those with a strong sense of smell will know. I chew my garlic so that it will mix with my saliva until i feel the burn on my tongue, then swallow with water. If anyone was to have hole in their stomach because of ingesting fresh garlic which i do not have, that would probably be me. I prefer it this way because, the alacin starts doing it's work right from the mouth considering that it's one of the dirtiest places on the body you will find parasites. No one has to worry about the smell of garlic if they bath 2 times daily and practice good oral hygiene before bed time and after waking up in the morning. After eating breakfast, the smell of garlic will almost be non existent or detectable by others. Garlic is good if one can combine it with water fasting for a number of hours because in addition to all the other benefits, it gets rid of the parasites which we all have - male or female and most especially children. You may notice a good change in your metabolism. You can look up more on the benefits of garlic for children...surprisingly, most of them like it. My son who make 2 years on 30th March picks and keeps biting small bits of it. Indians start introducing small amounts of garlic into their babies food a 6 month...you will hardly find them taking their children to hospital for illnesses ours suffer from. Wish you all good experiences with garlic, the burn on the tongue or gut is a small price to pay.

You should allow to let that allicin AFTER you cut up or mince the garlic come out. That’s the medicinal properties of garlic that’s important. Letting it stand on its own for 15 mins will allow it to come out and that’s the most crucial part of it.
@whoknows8223 Жыл бұрын
I second that!
@RobVaughan19846 жыл бұрын
Great video, I also recommend cutting ir like you did and letting it sit out fine to ten mins to activate the allicin, that's the real benefit!!!

Cool name Doc. I grew up in Ethiopia and garlic is a staple in almost every Ethiopian dish, plus we use it for its medicinal prowess as long as I can remember since I was a child. Thank you for the video.

For the those of you who are finding it difficult to swallow the chopped garlic, chop it a bit smaller and put it in some plain greek yogurt.

m aragon, garlic, probiotics, oil concentrates (i.e.olive oil and coconut oil) will help to improve the intestinal environment in the colon to help reduce the inflammation.

If you soak the garlic for 5mins in warm or hot water, you won't have garlicky breath...

Good morning sir. A super great way I've found is to use a small hole cheese grader to virtually turn two cloves into apple sauce. Wait 15 minutes to allow enzymes to activate. Swallow with water (you will likely experience 3 to 5 minutes of mild nausea) . My BP plummeted

Chikita, most of the food should be in your intestinal tract at bedtime. The body goes through the repair and regeneration process and most of the nourishment is taken up into the bloodstream during rest, hence it is much better to add the chopped garlic at bedtime. It also acts as a natural antibiotic in the colon. You can take it anytime during the day but I strongly suggest you always consume at least a clove before bedtime.

I eat raw garlic. I enjoy its taste, pungent smell and pepper-like concentrate. It gets hot in the mouth after eating two to three. I just drink water and wash it down. I first ate it for health but now it became an obsession..

I bought a garlic press specifically so I could do this without a cutting board and a knife. I've read that letting the garlic rest for a few minutes after chopping or crushing lets more of the beneficial compound allicin form. And also it's better to do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because all of the bacteria is exposed directly to the healthful effects of the garlic.

When I eat raw garlic mashed up I get a sort of deep euphoria, like I'm vibrating slightly if that makes sense, but without that sleepiness you get when you're overly relaxed. It's quite peppery though! lol

been taking raw garlic daily for about 6 years. Through a long period of excessive drinking, partying, and drug consumption. It definitely kept me together physically during those times, and is the cheapest medicine out there. The Egyptians knew it, the Romans knew it. I recommend it for anyone.

Been eating chopped garlic with my oatmeal every morning for over a year. Chop the garlic first and let it sit in a small pile on the cutting board for 10 minutes while preparing the oatmeal and other stuff to put in. i don't cook the garlic, just add it at the end right before reducing the heat. Mix it in and cover the pot, let it sit for 5 mintues before eating. I usually add freshly chopped ginger too, but I put that in around the 3 minute mark so it cooks for 2 minutes (5 minute oats).
