Hey Doc, great talk. Currently cruising at 100mg cyp twice a week. No break outs, anxiety or bloating. I have Gilbert's syndrome and was curious if it could negatively effect the performance/ conversion of testerone. Ive had some negative spikes to my cholesterol. Considering going to daily subq injections. Thanks.

Sarms do work, depends which one you use, your source and what purpose. at your level, it would only be a mild addition to whatever supplements you are running. E.g Mk677 would be a great add on to an existing cycle, and for cutting GW stacked with Sr9009 would help pre contest cut tremendously. You need to delve a little more into each one and how it works, give us a more thorough experience. the 3 sarms that were mentioned were S4, LGD4033 and ostarine. S4 is a very mild sarm that is really a muscle hardener, LGD is similar to Dbol, helps with strength and water weight. the weakest one by far is ostarine, this helps with joint lubrication, and for a newbie starting bodybuilding, this can help them put on 3-5lbs of muscle in 8 weeks, but at your level, it would do nothing. If you want to run a proper course of sarms, run (per day) 30mg MK677, 30mg RAD140, 20mg Cardarine (GW), 25mg YK11 for 12 weeks and then do another review

On the blood pressure note. I got into a habit of checking my BP every single day for almost a year because of something that happened my dad. My readings were always normal. But when the Dr. takes it, I always get a high normal reading and he calls "White coat syndrome" which is anxiety. He explained to me that it's not something I should really worry about. But pointed out that people with anxiety usually develop high blood pressure. Had your Dr. ever explained your route cause, Fouad? Cos I know you've said before you suffered with anxiety

SARMs obviously work, but you need to take higher dosages. I experimented with a few and felt pretty strong effects on 25 mg of LGD 4033 or 30 mg of S23 - they give you crazy fullness, pump and generally improve appearance of the muscle. But from my experience they don't do anything more than that - they won't build real muscle tissue, the weight increase is only from glycogen/fluid retention. I also want to mention that I've done multiple "blasts" on them for 12-16 weeks each while being on 200-300 mg of testosterone

This makes a lot of sense on what Dr. Dean is saying, and I have a serious question since I'm now 58. I want to improve my longevity, and the quality of my life. I've been bodybuilding since I was 16 years old, and never took any PED'S throughout most of my training other than "Creatine Monohydrate" I was never a competitive bodybuilder that stepped on stage even though I was natural until the last 3 years only due to the fact my doctor had to put me on TRT-Test 200mg every 2 weeks. She wanted to go to 250mg dosage but, I did not agree with that high dosage, this is basically 100mg a week. My blood pressure has always been fantastic averaging 118/68 with an average pulse rate of 73, The question is this: I recently started on MK-677 since this has improved my skin issues, however recently my doctor and I found out that I started experiencing mildly low hypertension, not a diagnosis but some changes to my blood pressure, I do believe the MK-677 has elevated it a bit, is it safe to continue usage of MK-677 or stop it??? I still workout 6 days a week, and engage in heavy lifting with no other problems? My doctor thinks it's ok now, but what about 2 weeks or in the future? I think I need to stop usage of it, as I'm going to continue to monitor my BP? My dosage with MK-677 is bare minimal at 12.5 mg at night only, Oh!!!! Now I see the last part of your discussion, that means technically MK-677 is BS as well??? However, me and my doctor have seen very good skin changes since I had acne and other skin problems, I made my decision to stop now that you and Doctor Dean said it's all BS, even though technically MK-677 is not in the SARMS family, it's sold and labeled as such???

Blood Pressure is one of the most misunderstood topics that is always going hand in hand with AAS use. Firstly, the range of BP that medicine has traditionally used to indicate your BP being high is a bit of a crock, and if not looked at that way at least it is very conservative. If your BP is only slightly elevated, and you are not suffering any of the symptoms of high BP, then you are likely fine. It will vary person to person indeed. Dr Rand is very often saying that your BP spikes for example when you heavy lift and then it normalizes. Does that mean you should take BP meds when you heavy lift? No, of course not. I'm on TRT and I generally Blast/Cruise at many different levels for the Blast but my cruise generally is 200mg/week or less of just good old Test E, with a small chaser of Masteron (more about that shortly). I also take Methylphenidate (Ritalin) daily for ADHD. Even when I am on Cruise the combination of the Test and The Ritalin raises my BP somewhat but I have never felt any symptoms and it is only slightly elevated from normal. My Doc has put me on meds, (Perindopril) that I simply don't take lol. But because my BP is stable he's satisfied that even with a slight elevation the meds are working lolololol. The biggest reason that I don't take the meds, aside from them not being needed, is that without fail, 4 days into taking them, my legs/feet start to swell from edema. I have a small issue with edema normally and nothing that I have been given has addressed it however, (even the couple of diuretics that did impact made me feel like shyte) even a small weekly amount of Masteron and voila no edema! The bottom line here is that I had to learn all of this on my own and as a result I have been able to treat myself more effectively than any doctor short of someone like Dr Rand who works with this stuff every day and has for decades. Magnesium is super important and almost everyone on the planet is deficient at some point. Very important to get your levels checked because a dose that will return you to high enough blood plasma concentration is much different than a maintenance dose! Doctors are always telling people to take 200mg/day but if you are deficient that isn't anywhere near enough and will do diddlysquat. Taurine is amazing as well. Things like Masteron can dry you out quite a bit and you will cramp. Taurine will wipe that out almost immediately. 1000mg (1g) of Taurine when you feel a cramp coming on and 9 times out of 10 the cramp never happens. Alpha-GPC will cause your body to increase it's Growth Hormone pulse which will improve your sleep cycle. 1000mg/day will trigger the increased pulse/production but you only run that short term (7 days) and then drop the dose down to roughly 300mg/day along with a similar amount of L-Methionine, NAC, and Inositol, all for Liver health!

I think a very cool video Idea, would be either after one of these deep dive style videos with experts in the field. You make your own video, just talking about the one or two nuggets you really pulled out of the video. An assumptions you had the past that now you may question, or maybe a new way of thinking about something you already agree with (maybe the thesis was presented in a different manner or new information was brought to light that really has given you an aha moment, where you are area like now I really have a better understanding of say how sleep functions and sertonin, malatonin, etc.)

Amazing guest and video, thx man! I always wondered about shooting every day also vs 2-3 times per week. So it seems the end result in terms of gains is practically the same or at the very least, does not outweigh the health risk associated with 1-2 3cc shots or so, especially after week 6. Interesting. Btw, an easy way to shoot everyday and even twice a day, is to back load an insulin syringe. Shooting twice per day is quite painless and easy , even with enanthate esters. 1cc is pushing it, I've done 0.75cc twice a day, no issues. U need to be lean to obtain sufficient intramuscular depth though, so no subq. Anyway, just wanted to share with u n ur subs.

The PGY fast vs slow metaboliser stuff was extremely interesting. I’ve always considered myself maybe slightly below average when responding to gear but I think it definitely has some truth cause I metabolize alcohol, caffeine, and some other drugs EXTREMELY quickly like really fast so I’ll definitely check my genes to see if I’m a fast metabolizer of test.

The 4 week after cycle feeling is from Testosterone and another compounds that you used still circulating in your body. Especially in high dosages like yours, 1000 test and I also heard that you use EQ which will take anywhere from a month to 2 months to be cleared out of the system. This is why you don't start PCT right away after you dropped compounds, you wait and do blood work on testosterone to see where you are at, then once you are below natural levels, you start PCT. Usually, with prop it's 7-10 days after last injection. On enanthate, it's 14-20 days after last injection(depends on dosages), decanoate takes 4-8 weeks(EQ is the same).
