Feel really proud Dr Fuhrman channel with his team inspired me to wake at 6am prepare and cook for 5 hours and finished everything by 2pm first time Finnishing eating early

I think the True North Center would agree that long term fasting works better when the person is already eating a healthy diet and exercising, rather than as a weight loss 'hack'.
