How about drinking sodium bicarbonate water to suppress the hunger feeling for keeping fasting up to 16 hr, is it good ?

Drinking sodium carbonate alone works. Actually the alkaline water is mainly consist of OH-, which work more or less the same as bicarbonate. However using it to supress hunger feeling may not be a good choice. As the water go quite straight through our empty stomach, we may have the health benefit, but our stomach is still have a feeling of emptiness
Thank you for your interest to make ourselves healthy. There is actually no limit for taking alkaline water or H2 water (in the next video), for me I drink them all day, approx. 5 bottles per day (2.5 L) for more than 2 years and I am totally fine and healthy! Even I did not get infected by COVID!

@@alicetsang9750 I do not object if you buy it in convenience store. They are good enough. For me I use a electrolysis machine that break down water into alkaline, for drinking, and acidic, for home cleansing. You may consider that machine if you drink a lot daily. In fact I also used RO system for water purification, if you like I can tell you more about that

@@alicetsang9750 RO is the short form of Reverse Osmosis. It functions by using force to force water across a RO filter. The RO filter has numerous holes with only a few nanometer wide, therefore only water molecules can be forced to pass that filter, leaving other substances like heavy metal, scums etc. behind on another side. I guess you can learn a lot more if you search "Reverse Osmosis" in the internet, beware that some website claimed that it involved cutting-edge science, and sell the RO filter at a very high price ! That is not rocket science, just a nano filter, therefore beware of the price when you want to buy one. Wish you good health !
好開心有朋友真的會提出巨科學討論性的問題🙏🙏所有東西都是中庸之道,蛋白質氨基酸不足會導致身體中的total protein 及 albumin 過低,會導致腹水漲及水腫等問題,情況有如埃塞俄比亞那些可憐兒童,瘦弱但肚腩很大的情況。但在香港這些富裕地區,我們的營養只會過剩不會不足,因此建議減低蛋白質的吸收,並不是希望各位完全不吸收蛋白質。依據世衛提出的建議,我們的肉類攝取量每日就只如手掌大細。 為內無胃酸並不是我認為的,而是有很多科學實證,加上照胃鏡親眼見到的。一般照胃鏡或者做手術我們會午夜後不食,然後為女子如很少量的黏液,胃酸並無出現。如果我們為佢並沒有食物但長期有胃酸存在的話,胃酸是會倒過來消化掉我們的胃部。因此我們的胃酸會在我們見到或聞到食物香氣的時候生成,又或是我們進食的時候有些味道讓胃酸預先產生,這樣就可以做到防禦功能又不會損傷胃部了
