@@GOOFEEN Some of it is cool because it paints a scene. However the pacing then has to work out because in the interview there are a lot of stories or similar where there are a huge deal of unnecessary details but he skips over some important plot points. Not hating on Train here, just something that is very interesting to me.

When i heard this story for the first time on the scuffed podcast i laughed harder than i ever have before. I feel like he told it a bit better that time because there was a longer build up where he was talking about how his friend disappeared right after they got to the party and he was looking for him the whole night and then in the climax of the fight he just happened to see his friends bare ass through a hole in the door.

I have bad ADHD and always feel like I'm getting off track with my story when I go into details every now and then, but seeing the positive response to the way Train did the same thing made me feel a little better LOL. I guess it's not that bad after all.

man i wish i was as great of a storyteller as train is. i admire people who can even keep a story under 5 minutes and make it exciting and not too complicated to listen to. he could probably narrate paint drying for 12 hours and id still listen to the whole thing.

Daaamn I felt exactly the same. Even if the story was true it still sounds lame and not worth a laugh. I just NE’d at the end of it but the way he told the story was like he was expecting everyone to lose their shit, which is what the title implies. I’m a fan of both of these guys btw. Not like anyone asked for my opinion tho.

I believe that steroid head fight story. At 17 I was 6'2 130lbs all fast-twitch. I threw hands with a 6'4 220lbs mf and he really was super slow. Although when I ducked a winging haymaker I could feel the fucking wind current he created when he missed. It was like someone swung a pillow over my head you can just feel the air. In reality all you can do is throw fucking jabs it's the smallest risk of getting caught in an exchange
