Good video. I am the occcasional sufferer of dry eyes. However what really set off my bad eyes was hay fever. I am a realitively new sufferer of hay fever so I am busy researching that ailment. The humidifier is a very good idea. My eyes feel very comfortable when I use a humidifier in my apartment. I highly recommend to get a humidifier.

"Dry eyes does not have to interfere with your lifestyle." Well my doctor said i have dry eyes and prescribed me a no-allergen diet which means i cant eat chicken, soy, dairy, eggs, white bread, etc. to the point idk what to eat anymore..

To anyone who has severe, dry eye problems: Ask your eye dr. about Smart Plugs. He/she may have a brochure for your info. It just takes a few mins. to insert them, and they work very well for most people. I've had mine in (same original ones) for several yrs. now. I had severe dry eye, was using drops several times a day and got very little to no relief. Now I only use 2x's daily. Smart plugs aren't very expensive either, if you have no insurance.

I got rid of dry eye by using colloidal silver about 2 years ago. HOWEVER, my eye doc. prescribed restasis for dry eye, which caused dry SEVERE dry mouth, and the dry mouth RUINED many of my teeth. Is anyone, including dentists asking about the drugs you're on and if u have dry mouth? DRY mouth causes irreversible damage to teeth!!

Something most of you probably have not tried or heard of is human amniotic fluid eye drops. They have cytokines and growth factors that provide significant relief. It's a brand new treatment. Vitamin E, is bad for eyes. So hope that's not one of them... you are taking. I have *RP* and I have to take vitamins *A*... but it's not just any vitamin A, you cannot find it over the counter. I'm seeing a specialist from *BASCON PALMER*

one thing that has helped my dry eye is living on milk, for six or seven years now I have been living on milk, about two gallons (or 7.5 liters) of cow skim milk a day and really hardly eating or drinking anything else. I think the diet might help other eye diseases as well, plus possibly many diseases like cancer, AIDS, heart disease, and so on. I have had many conversations with the government and with private researchers to try to convince them to test the proposition.

i tried putting on safety goggles and a mask all the time, it had a certain degree of effectiveness. The safety goggles blocked out the wind and dry air, while the mask trapped vapour from my breath and functioned as an automatic humidifier for the eyes.Try it!

You have to go to an Eye Doctor Opthalmologist (not optomentrist) , if you haven't already. You might need eye surgery.
