I am in remission from type 2 coming up for 1 year 6 months now and have a decreased A1c from a year ago, thanks to living a ketogentic, low carb and latterly carnivore way of living and eating. I would not have been able to achieve this without the work of low carb down under and your colleagues in this field having published their findings to youtube and in written form. For this I thank you and commend your ongoing efforts. My only regret is I didnt know about this sooner and that your operations are in Oz, not where I live in the UK, where thankfully we have the voice of Dr David Unwin. That aside however I find myself pretty much an isolate, unsupported or acknowleged in my remission. It is good to see more people world wide are finding out there is a way and it is achievable, without drugs and without other intrusive interventions. All strength to you !

Thank you for your support and congratulations on achieving your goal of remission. We've heard the Low Carb Program in the UK has a really supportive forum that you might find helpful, but in the meantime we applaud your hard work in reversing type 2 diabetes! 👏👏👏

*I agree! Diabetes CAN* be defeated* . I've remitted my diabetes by changing to a low carb way of eating. I've now been low carb for 2 years. I also gained many other improvements in my health from it. It was watching videos and reading people's comments that encouraged me to try it to see if would work; it did and for me it happened quickly. When I learned that I had diabetes I found out that it can cause blindness and kidney damage and that really scared me and was the motivation to try low carb.
