Seems like the diet JC mentioned is a load of BS. 300 grams of paneer itself is 950 calories. And 400 grams of Greek yogurt 250 calories. Total 1200 from this alone. What else to eat?!

What he doesn't mention is that good quality paneer is almost not available. The quality of milk and milk products is questionable in India unless you live in a village.

Hi JC & Smit, 150 grams rice i guess is uncooked weight... Just confirming. I'm about 1.5 inches taller than JC and at 82 kilos with almost 27% body fat. I know JC is at 8-9% body fat. I wat between 12-7 pm however am not as strict with my diet. I indulge in cheat foods quiet often but really want to look as lean as JC max by EOY (at least as close to that physique as possible

JC is a very knowledgeable guy and shares a lot of good info, really appreciate that. But something does not fit right here. He mentions he works out everyday and his height is 5'9 , age is around 38 and weight is around 68 kgs. He consumes around 1800 whereas his TDEE would be around 2400-2500 calories. It's creating a deficit of 700 calories and he believes in the theory of cal in/out, so he should be losing weight with such a diet. And guys fighting for paneer fat, you can easily low fat paneer at the hypermarkets. It would contain around 12-13gms of fat per 100gms.
