My acupuncturist suggested to practice the Dragon & Tiger exercise because of my cancer. I'm a student of Taijiquan Yang style for many years and I never heard about this exercise. I've been practice with this video for 3 months and I just want to say that I'm grateful!

I've purchased Energy Arts Dragon & Tiger training, but the live practice had an energy that DVDs just can't duplicate. I moved to a state without EA instructors and truly appreciated the chance to practice with a community I've missed for a long, long time. Please do this often. Craig's instruction was excellent.

This is awesome I have purchased from the Energy Arts Website some years ago. What a great qigong set during a time when our world can use some Healing. Amazing qigong is the gift that keeps on giving. Thanks for the love guys!

I'm glad you left this up. I've just spent the last hour and 15 minutes following along. So nice to learn how to move. I know the movements but tend to rush them so it was nice to add the relaxed attitude into the movements. Thanks!

Thank you for this longer practice. After the second round I was feeling my skin breathing. The instructions were so detailed and subtle, and the pace soothing and relaxing. I am interested in more virtual group practice sessions. A resounding Yes!

Cheers! It will be great to participate a couple of times more! There's no certainty on when and even if we could get back to our day jobs, so... These confinement - with a bit of imagination and help of the Internet streaming - could be counted as both Meditation and Qigong retreat in a comfy cave fitted with all the necessities we take for granted these days. Be well, you guys!

Thank you very much for this video. It is very helpful for me and a very good addition, refresher and a deepening to the online course D&T with Bill Ryan.

I did this on Sunday with you all for the first time. It felt good and very positive. Today, early this morning, I did two sets and became so sleepy I went back to sleep. I would like to understand what happened in my body that caused that reaction. I have done other types of qi gong and never had that reaction. As I slept I was somewhat aware of releases happening in my body. I went to my Dragon and Tiger book for an explanation, yet am interested in more answers. Would someone please comment on the reasons for this body reaction?
