Well, they could always start another holding company. You might believe she was investing in their likeness and that is what they believed. But, a holding company only ownes what the managers put in it and if they decided to not distribute the new company shares to the holding company, then, there is nothing anyone could do about that. Now, had she invest in their likeness then anything they do from there on would be of interest to her. I have only seen those deals in the entertainment industry
