LOVE these exercises as well as the background music, however if you can add the counts on he screen of every movement, that would be so helpful, that way we dont always haveto look up at the screen when doing these exercises.

How did the ancient people in China discern that these movements for instance were good for the immune system, pressure points etc, the swinging down and around and back up etc, nonetheless I have performed your movements as accurately as I can,although tapping the vertebrae at the back is difficult for me as I have Rheumatoid arthritis in the left elbow, along with the feet and hands, I will carry on with the movements regardless, thank you for your demonstration and explanation of each movement with points to pay attention to, I have commented to you from the UK!!
