Thank you so much! I’ve been doing your Qi Qing exercise for about a month. My blood pressure is always high; 154/89. Yesterday, I had a doctor’s appointment. My BP was 124/72. I was thrilled beyond words and so was my doctor. Thank you! 🥰

Alex, thanks as always for your videos. My 70 yrs. young body feels better everytime I perform your exercises. I have a similar story to your lady friend's. A few months into my first Taijiquan classes, an older gentleman of 61 yrs. walked into class using 2 canes. My instructor told me taiji was good for healing arthritis. Within a month of daily classes, he was walked using one cane. Within 2 months he used no cane and joined the rest of us, as we used a parallel bar for one-legged leg stretches. Amazing.

Multumesc anticipat

Alex the warm up exercises if doing Kidney Boost, what is shortest amount of warm up exercise you can do time wise 11 mins is long. Also have Oily hair and skin is this the Spleen? can qi gong help
@DrAlexHui
@DrAlexHui 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Lin. For the Kidney Qi Gong, since it does not have wide movements as the Five Animals QiGong, it is not necessarily to do the full warm-up. You can just choose whichever area you need. For example if your knees are usually weaker or tighter, then you can do the knee warmup.
@DrAlexHui
@DrAlexHui 3 жыл бұрын
Also for oily hair and skin. It could have many different reasons, so it really depends on the person. But spleen is definitely one of the possible reasons. I think this is a good topic and I will put this topic on my list!

Hi Marika. Thank you for your feedback! I will make sure the videos in the future are not distracting. Unfortunately I can’t eliminate the music in this video since it’s already uploaded. For this video, perhaps you could memorize the movements then practice it on your own, or after watching the first time you could mute it and follow. Hope this helps! 😊
