Tapping The 'Eight Nests' - Simple Way to Get Rid of Toxins

In this video, Dr. Alex Hui shows a simple tapping exercise for the 'eight' nests. Toxins and unwanted pathogenic factors, such as dampness can easily gather in these 8 nests. Actively exercising these 8 nests can help to expel the toxins, unblock the meridians, to improve the blood and qi circulation, improve metabolism, and boost the immune system.

@@zechssiguro7476 A meditation teacher taught me a trick which made a lot of difference: when the first signs of a migraine come up, detach from thinking about the previous one and think what you can do right here, right now to prevent this headache from turning into a full blown migraine. Disconnecting from the emotional burden makes a lot of difference. But as a former computer programmer: life style (nowadays way too much time staring at a screen) has a large impact. Burdening your eyes and brain in excess is something to be weary about.

Dear Dr. Hui, I would like to thank you for this practice from the bottom of my heart. Today it's the 5th day that I've been doing this practice and I absolutely love it. It makes me feel so enthusiastic, happy and full of life that is unbelievable. The recommended 3 repetitions not seem to be enough for me. After completing my 3 repetitions by midday I simply miss it so much that I end up doing more and more repetitions later in the day. I reckon on average I end up doing at least 6 repetitions in a day (with 81 tappings). My digestions is better, I sleep soundly, have a lot more energy, my concentration is much better, I am more creative ... and the most importantly I feel that everything is possible. It's like being in my 20is again. Amazing :)

@@derosecutus3462 I tapped the third eye point last night before sleep and today in the morning. I can see already that it is a very powerful point. For sure it relaxes liver and kidneys, bringing general relaxation and prevents overthinking. However, it also aligns the spine and the energy of all 3 dantiens. Huge thanks for your recommendation. I will carry on with this practice, as I am curious what else this point does. :) If you have other recommendations, please share.

Thank you so much for this informative video. As a US Veteran, qigong and mindfulness have become an integral part of my spiritual, physical, and mental fitness regimen in order to deal / heal from PTSD and other disabilities. Curious enough, I got introduced to all of these amazing disciplines through the Veterans Affairs “Whole Health” program. They even now have acupuncture services, which are a true blessing for us who suffer from chronic pain. It may have taken a long time, but western medicine is finally recognizing the immense value of these ancient Chinese practices for helping our “vessel”.

WHAT health benefits do you actually get?
@michaelfforte
@michaelfforte Жыл бұрын
@@brianedwardsu7404 Excellent question - I would say the answers can vary. The larger view of what he is presenting is based on our bodies having a system of energy channels that are related to but not specific to our organs (ie liver channel, bladder, spleen, kidney, etc) Blockages in these channels cause dis-ease. Blockages can be from bad diet, injury, lack of exercise, overuse, misuse, pollution, drugs, alcohol, anything in excess (or deficiency), etc. The tapping sequence will help to unblock the channels. Think of a stream with some mud in it. If you take a stick and tap away the mud, suddenly the stream is flowing smoothly again. Each of us is unique in what is going on in our bodies. The tapping sequence is to promote the opening of all channels. A general approach to keep the energy/blood flow/Qi/bio-electricity flowing smoothly. For some people the benefits may be headaches may resolve, others, less muscle aches, others, better digestion. Health and healing are complex. Your question was very good.

Great video, I will do this every day! I knew about this training before. Now, in your performance, this training is more understandable to me. One master also showed me a non-contact method of such fitness. With this method, pressing movements are performed with an open palm over those areas of the body that you showed in your video. The distance between the palm and the skin of the body is from 10 to 15 cm. Also at this distance, circular movements are made in both directions. At the same time, various body reactions are noted in response.😀

@@jayumble8390 the first I'm saying indeed. TCM is ancient hogwash. Heavily supported and promoted by the government because of economics and misplaced cultural pride (just like for instance traditional martial arts, great for the body, but not great for fighting, and full of hogwash about Qi and whatnot).. Of course the placebo effect and some rare and vague areas in which for instance acupuncture does work together make people believe it really works wonders. No other country calls normal medicine 'Western medicine'. Other countries just call medicine that works 'medicine', regardless of its origin

This kind of world you suggest seems boring 😅I can only imagine that people tried it already and got bored so went back to the natural way but I’ll do my part as best as I can just Incase you are onto something

Thank you so much, I just subscribed. Many years ago I was introduced to an elderly man we called sifu. He was a master in many things but I remember him most for his use of Qi Gong. He helped several of my friends with difficult to cure health problems. I miss him and I am happy to have found you.
