Dr Very Very Informative. Please come out with a video as to how to eat this on daily basis . I buy millets , flax chia seeds , bittier gourd , ash gourd . See them daily and make Tomato rice finally eat and run to office . I feel very comfortable. Kindly give one food pattern for Coimbatore food style .
