Is olive oil okay?
@cmb37064 ай бұрын
I stopped using a microwave in 2008 because it changes the molecular structure of the food. If you can't use tap water for cooking, then you shouldn't be using unfiltered water in your shower or bath either as the body absorbs the water through your skin which is the largest organ of the human body. Shower filters do help because I can smell the difference in the chlorine and can see the difference from the filter I use on my faucet. It's not easy to fight all the adversaries we face on a daily basis, but any little thing that you can incorporate towards the fight will help.

Been using coconut oil to cook just about my entire life. Grew up in the Caribbean using it for skin, hair and cooking. Love to see it making a 'comeback' after they tried to sell us that other garbage. Haven't used a microwave for YEARS. I use the traditional oven and the food even tastes better. Peace and Blessings Doc.

I've stopped using aluminum foil for the past 15 years. I've stopped using a microwave for 20 years. I've never warmed water in the microwave after reading an article about the reason why they were invented and the dangers of it. I don't eat out much aand if I go to any restaurant the first thing I ask is if they use soy products and what type of oil they use. If it's vegetable oil, I can't eat the food because vegetable oil contains soybeans and I stopped eating soy 15 years ago. Never like non stick pans. I try to use filtered water for cooking as much as possible.

He said ceramic (coated) pans and pots. He also mentioned non-stick wrap which I think he means parchment paper. For water filters he said reverse osmosis or any kind. I use a "Berkey" water filter system. When using ceramic coated pans you'll have to use wooden or plastic utensils because if you use metal utensils they will scratch/damage the ceramic and clean with non-scratch pads.
