How do you prevent your head from vibrating
@DrDansPlan Жыл бұрын
Great question! Start the vibe slow and as your body becomes a better shock absorber your head will vibrate less, also hour brain and nervous system grow to accept more stimulus so the vibe becomes healing instead of disruptive or difficult!....I'd recommend a speed of 6-12 for first few months 3-7 days per week.

Omy yes! Start easy in the elbows at first. The vibration will gradually free up your shoulder girdle and improve Spinal movement and core activation!

i can actually see the muscles moving.anyone here tried the cheaper brand? do they work
@jimfussell55894 жыл бұрын
Don't waste your money on the cheaper brands. Sure, they'll shake you up. But they won't bring you the scientifically studied results you want, including significantly improved balance, stronger muscles, better bone density and circulation, oxygenated cells, improved flexibility, increased human growth hormone, decreased cortisol, joint healing, improved mood, pain relief and much more. For that you need the higher G Force of a quality machine like the Hypervibe G17 that you see in this video. Sure it's more expensive. But it will deliver results that other machines that only pack 1 or 2 Gs simply can't. In other words, you get what you pay for. Go for quality. Get the results you want. Get the Hypervibe G17. You won't regret it!

I recently purchased a cheaper version of a vibrating platform for at home use, but every time I use it I breakout in hives on my legs. Is there any way to stop/minimize this reaction? Can you give suggestions on targeted engagement for your core too or do a video? Thanks.

Hello Morgan! Common the first few months to experience a significant increase in systemic ciruclation! very common to improve detoxification pathways and eliminate toxins out of the body. Many people get itchy in legs/arms from using WBV first times....increase water consumption while exercising and eat a non-inflammatory diet. Our clinic see's many virtual clients for guidance on safe and healthy detoxification.

Why would someone want to get a vibration machine if they already are lifting weights in the gym? Also., can one build larger muscles with this?
@DrDansPlan5 жыл бұрын
Vibration therapy is a form of unstable surface training. The constantly moving platform stresses and strains the muscle and fascial system much different then conventional weigh lifting... And yes you get a pump unlike anything else!
