I have been going through with the cervical and migraine from last three months and I am taking treatment of both. For migraine Dr given medicine which in control now but for cervical told me to do some exercises. After I started doing exercises the pain in my neck, shoulder and back spine started which making me so uncomfortable. When I wake up then after I am unable to move my head properly. Even I have been arranging my pillows and sleeping positions still having pain. Don’t know what to do next…..
