@@vo1t_147 yes u need ghast tears for crystal , ghast is common but is difficult to get it's tears , because most of time it stays top of lava. Plus it also difficult to kill ghast

@@TG-27 thats actually fair. close combat is extremely difficult as they just float around, and long range damage works, but anything obtained from the kill is dropped into the lava unless you get lucky and they float above the terrain. but then again, we are talking of some of the best minecraft players in the world, so chances are they had some strats for dealing with ghasts. and then we also need to consider that there were 4 hunters; I think all of them actually went to the nether at some point, so thats 4x the amount of people collecting the resources at 4x the speed.

Moral is easily broken by a solid bluff; it's basic warfare towards beating numerically superior opponents. You make youself SEEM stronger than you really are; then if the enemy fears losses they'll fall back. Just think for a sec, dream already stated and it’s already been comfirmed non of those are scripted, the only time they script something is if it is role play related, like the smp, this emanhurns are not scripted due to the fact they can’t really plan ahead if they don’t know what the other team is planning Also most of those reactions are either to mislead the other team or just cuz it happened, sometimes he may fake it but just to trick the other team, also I’m pretty sure most people who watch his channel is around 11+ considering he swears 🤷‍♂️ One other thing: if you hate his fans sticking up for him so much, you may as well just stop watching dream, leave our opinions alone and keep to yourself, cuz we don’t care about your existence, we just want what we want, and that’s to be left alone by toxic haters :)

PhilfreezeCH the only reason I can tell the difference is because of my hypixel skywars experience. There's a kit that gives you a strength potion (The kit used to be OP, but got nerfed), and there's fire resistance pots in chests etc. I had to learn the difference so that I would know when to fight my enemy using that kit

I agree. While it seems pretty convincing that it isn’t, I wouldn’t even mind if it was scripted. So many of the plays still involve skill to execute, and doing the writing for all of them as fast as these videos come out while still being original and believable would be extremely time consuming. Not to mention with how long these videos go on for, there would undoubtably be a few continuity errors here and there, but so far nobody has ever noticed them? With the millions of views that they have I find it hard to believe they would remain overlooked after all this time. At the end of the day, Minecraft Manhunt is still extremely entertaining without a single disappointing episode. The production of these would still be impressive regardless of the method being used, but I think it’s safe to say they’re real.

@@16m49x3 Honestly I don't think their fear is for entertainment purposes. Everytime they get cocky and rush them and then Dream kills them all, they lose their gear and have to restart. That gives Dream at least 10-15 minutes of uninterrupted time to advance, and considering Dream held a world record Minecraft speed run, that's more than enough for him to get a lot of work done. So they feel it'd be better to play it safe, reasonably so.

I do agree that the hunters did improve, although in the grand finale one of the causes of dream's near deaths is because of their luck, with that much possession of diamonds it would be a really huge factor in killing dream. Not saying they didnt improve, just saying luck factored in too.

It's sort of hard to say that the Hunters directly improved. I don't look at "gaining information" as an improvement in these kinds of competition. To me, the improvement lies more with general decision making, tactics, and simply skill. For example learning that Dream can do end crystal traps isn't an actual IMPROVEMENT because the skill level of the Hunters isn't going up, just information on another trap. It is still a sort of improvement, I understand that, but....also sort of not since it doesn't help you with...anything other than "stay way from that". However, as I was saying. It's hard to say the Hunters are actually improving because Dream has stated that he's died several times at the start of many Manhunt videos. You don't want a 5 minute Manhunt video so he only uploads the ones that are crazy, or good, or long lasting. So in actuality it's more about how good and lucky does Dream get. Lack of dying doesn't really suggest improvements... It just means you were careful this time, or used a different strategy than before. Or you didn't fight as many times, so on and so forth. Getting Dream to near death more doesn't imply improvements either because that can depend on a lot of random factors that can't be taken into account mid-game. Running into dead-ends in the Nether. A random hit causing Dream to fall. A mistake Dream makes. Terrain. The decisions of the Hunters directly influences the decisions Dream makes, and the decisions Dream makes directly influences the decisions the Hunters make...so differing situations causes different decisions, which causes a cascade of different decisions. Not to mention the current situation causes different decisions as well. So.. I don't think we can judge if they actually improved. I will say they did really WELL, but I don't know about improvements.

I really don't think Dream even needs to bring up the colorblind thing. It's in the heat of a battle; it's nighttime; Dream deliberately hides behind a tree before drinking; the hunters were traumatized by their last brush with potions, and *they aren't even well-versed in potioncraft since they have to google up the potion recipes.* They also didn't see Dream's invis potion particles in the first fight. Dream may be taking a risk doing that bluff but he knows that based on the above there's a good chance they won't notice the discrepancy in particles.
