That's the type of solo he will improvise differently every time he play, the main theme is so (beautifully) simple it allows that. Just like The Spirit Carries On.

I really like the change at 7:34 too. Staying in one position instead of sliding up the neck to hit the high note allows him to sit in the pocket and gives a more rhythmic feel.
