Everything looks so good. I am on the fence about getting an air fryer. I have such limited kitchen space. If I put things in the basement on a shelf I will never use it. But I have heard good things about them... Your meals look so yummy.

It’s fun to see “what’s for dinner”:). Even thought I won’t make any of this...(I have a child who has been vegetarian for the last 5 years and I have been WFPB vegan since last year...so our meals look a lot different!!)...I always like to see what’s for dinner :). Your Asian veggie/noodle dish looks yummy😋. I make a similar Italian soup. You reminded me we like green jello with pears so I’ll probably pull that back out for the kiddos...my t1d girl loves orange jello with mandarin oranges:)
