I have had severe gut issues especially H pylori and constipation. Drs diagnosed IBS-C from many years, took antibiotic medicine to eradicate h pylori but my constipation persisted , now i am taking fennel seeds, black seeds and turmeric powder heated with mustard oil. Take all in equal amounts, and mix them all thoroughly. I take it a teaspoonful after 30 minutes eating dinner , honestly my all gut issues resolved...no inflammation no constipation Same happened with my mother. Its a miracle remedy ❤❤Thanks Dr Berg

I use Turmeric during my dinner times with black pepper while making a batch of food when meal prepping for a week. After doing it for almost a month i noticed i was having less worrying thoughts from anxiety and was able to sleep better afterwards when i went to bed hours later after dinner time.

A year ago, I started drinking an ACV shot (mixed with seltzer water) first thing in the morning and another one before going to bed. It has helped greatly with regulating my digestive system, clearing my skin and reducing my sweet cravings. I also drink freshly made ginger/clove/cardamom tea everyday. I’m told I don’t look a day older than 30 but I’m almost 52. I do experience a little joint pain however and for that I’m going to try yoga and stretching. Any other advice pls send my way and thank you. 💕

Dr Berg just said to take turmeric and a pinch of black pepper for pain or else curcummin extract with black pepper. My brother has terrible pain in his fingers and I got him onto curcumin extract with black pepper and it really helped.

@Ms.Bree84033 ай бұрын
@Wowzur to help heal the gut. They have the shots in stores, but there's no pepper inside of them. You need the pepper to help absorb the other ingredients.

I take 8oz water warm and mix 1 tbs of turmeric 1 tbs of ginger add cinnamon and a pinch of pepper into a glass with a lid and shake it up. You can add lemon juice if you like. 1/2 squeeze. Drink 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach

I include vinegar. It strengthens the cell walls and keeps the blood rich red. It might interact with your other's maybe. You know what? I notice that whenever I lay out in the Sun my body immediately reacts. My body I am sure starts increasing my blood pressure and extends surface veins and they become deep black in colour. I feel my body is giving my blood a ZAP of radiation to destroy things like Lyme Disease, which I almost certainly have. I am Southern Germanic and consider myself Peregrine Wolf. 🦅🐺🦆🦁🐷 As my 5 species Human PentaCode.

In Indonesia, we call it Jamu. Jamu is very diverse. For example, One is made from mixed turmeric, tamarind and brown sugar. One is made from ginger and brown sugar. One is made from pure green chiretta which tastes so bitter. There are so many jamu, you drink it according to your condition. I drink it from time to time not once I think it will help me in anyway because it's just normal. Now that I watch your short I start to feel grateful. Thank you Dr. Berg.

Had smoldering diverticulitis. Been taking tumeric capsules for years but recently started taking 2000 mg of vitamin c and 1500 mg of tumeric. Honestly the smoldering discomfort went away completely. After a month of the 2000mg of vit c and 1500mg of tumeric I cut it down to 1 1000mg of vitamin c and 1 750 mg of tumeric and I feel so much better. The constant discomfort from the diverticulitis is about 99% gone. For me staying away from popcorn really helps keep the flare ups away.

I moved to Toronto from India in the 80s. I went back for a visit after may be 5 years and was shocked to see the difference in attitude towards life. Everyone was smiling all the time and it perplexed me when I went back to Toronto, there were no smiles. Could it be constant use of turmeric and eternal sunshine?

Dr Berg... We called 'JAMU' drinks in Indonesia, Kunyit asem (turmeric, tamarind and palm sugar), Beras Kencur (Rice, aromatic ginger, palm sugar), Sinom (tamarin leaves, turmeric, tamarin, palm sugar) etc... I love it.. include 'Paitan' (Javanese language (one of Indonesian races) meaning of bitter drink, contain of many bitter leaves, very very very bitter but the eldest said it's good for our health, never forget the taste until cry😅). Soo.. Dr.. if you visit to my country.. Indonesia, please try JAMU drinks 😊 especially 'Paitan'. I learn and did alot from your video since 2020.. thank you Dr. Berg... GBU..
