@livingholistically14853 жыл бұрын
I feel you might find a couple in private practice. Most Drs feel they don't work for you because they don't usually get a check directly from you. They get it from social entities like Medicaid or whatever so they wrongly think you're getting things for free. Alot of them seem to forget what they learned in medical school because all they do is prescribe the drugs the pharmaceutical salesmen taught them about during dinner. Sometimes they are saturated with appointments and want to get each appointment as quickly as possible so this also helps them forget anything they might know about nutrition or vitamins and minerals and it's easier to just prescribe pain medication anything that can numb you until next time. If you talk about something you have been learning health wise they think you are teaching them and they may seem lofty at times. On a side note my pediatrician is actually quite good and helpful and where I live I think they are not as saturated with appointments.

@NanetteCallison3 жыл бұрын
Not hidden per se but most docs don’t understand the impact of diet on our bodies. Their education is next to nothing on nutrition in their Med degree studies. I do however feel Dr Berg has left so much out in this discussion. I have been taking bio identical hormones for years. We need it for breast cancer provention, heart protection and so much more. Think about it, rates of heart disease and cancer in women skyrocket after menopause when our estrogen plummets. Bio identical hormone replacement hasn’t received the study it should as with so many women’s health issues. However the studies that have been peer reviewed and published show that balancing hormones before and after menopause can have tremendous positive effect.

When I started eating vegetables (because I wasn’t eating any before,) I started ovulating and dropping weight. Whenever I am eating 50% or more veggies I am healthy and trim. You are soo right!!! 👍👍👍 I started to gain weight on lower part of my body when I took pregnancy control pills. I stopped them but it was too late, my estrogen balance was crashed. Just by chance, years after that, when I started to eat raw vegan, I made the base of every meal, salad, cabbage and cauliflower. To my surprise I literally woke up slimming over night after years and years of dieting. Now I understand why ❤🙏❤ Thank you

I have always struggled with migraines literally since I was a child and it’s difficult for me to take birth control because of my migraines and I was 30 years old when a Dr actually told me all those symptoms are because I had to much estrogen... it’s also a fact like Dr. Berg said people with high estrogen that have early periods in their life have difficulty conceiving or may not conceive as easy as some people I definitely fall in that category.

Also hot flashes and night sweats are normal /typical side effects during menopause , as your body adjusts to the normal reduction in estrogen ..

One of Dr. Berg's best videos hands down. My whole life I've been plagued by estrogen dominance. I know the root causes: childhood vaccines, a poor diet growing up, not being raised to be physically active, and whatever chemicals my mom put into her body that she passed on to me. I always imagine the better version of myself - how much stronger both mentally and physically I could have been had this not happened. The one good thing I can say is I am very well proportioned and have a feminine face. However, I have to work ten times harder than everyone else to stay lean. Now post mold exposure and post back injury, my entire day revolves around my health routine, and it's incredibly draining. I'm honestly terrified of menopause despite my strict lifestyle. Also, fun fact: don't rescue an unneutered male cat if you are estrogen dominant. I did my research after wondering why I was so sick and swollen, and sure enough he doubled my estrodiol levels. Wasn't going to keep him anyway, but I will never have one again.
