Thank you. I'm glad you like it, I put a lot of time filming it so it's nice to know it doesn't go unnoticed.

You should just go with the PRO version for Bluetooth ;)

That's an option, I prefer wired on desktop but if you are using a laptop or more portable itx system it makes sense.
@PaimasCPGaming3 жыл бұрын
@@AliensStoleMyCow I like the clean look, so I went with the standard wired one and drilled an hole - basically same effect ;)

Honestly, you're better off getting this keyboard with Outemu switches you'll save money and in terms of the brown switches, you'll actually get a nicer switch.
@AliensStoleMyCow3 жыл бұрын
Depends on what you do with it. I play FPS games on my keyboards which cause my switches to be hit very hard. Outemu switches failed after a few months for me while these Cherry MX ones didn't. It's not a marketing gimmick. They cost more for a reason.

@@AliensStoleMyCow I'm a programmer. Outemu's have come a pretty long way in terms of quality.
@AliensStoleMyCow3 жыл бұрын
@@liam_earle Yea exactly for typing. Unless you do some rage coding you're unlikely to hit the keys as hard as gamers do so you probably won't run into the same problem. In my opinion £20 extra is more than worth it for much stronger keys.

@@AliensStoleMyCow I'm probably going to desolder and install some Gazzew Boba U4Ts. The PCB is really nice and I like the form factor.

@@liam_earle Nice, sounds like a cool project for the weekend. I'm not familiar with those switches though but they sound classy.

Can someone tell me the difference inbetween the normal brown switches and CHERRY browns because the cherry browns are way more expensive.
@AliensStoleMyCow3 жыл бұрын
Any Cherry MX switch will last longer than the after market copies. Cherry is the original German brand and the others are knock offs from China.

dumb question, but can you use your own keycaps with this keyboard?
@lufex53563 жыл бұрын
Do you know how to use the media and brightness adjustment keys on this keyboard? Edit: I just figured out how to use the volume up and down, do you know how to adjust the screen brightness on the keyboard?
@AliensStoleMyCow3 жыл бұрын
There's no brightness option on a desktop, if you're using it with a laptop it should mirror the keys on the built in keyboard so you can just check which key controls brightness on there.

Can you set the Keys to White with the Software?
@AliensStoleMyCow3 жыл бұрын
Yes you can do white. It's RGB so you can choose any colour technically if you mix it from the pallete

I have this keyboard but it blue switches i was wondering if I can switch the switches to a different switch by pulling it out or is it soldered in?
@AliensStoleMyCow3 жыл бұрын
These are swappable switches, you can also fit aftermarket switches that are cherry MX compatible
