Rhett and Link are really good with KZbinr books. They came out with another book called The Lost Causes of Bleak Creek, this one being an original story. From what I know, they got a writer to help them execute it, but other than that, it came entirely from both of their minds, and one of the characters is a tribute to their childhood friend who passed before they started their channel. I think it’s well written, fun, and entertaining. Goes to show all you need to make a good book is actually wanting to do it in the first place and putting in the right amount of effort and heart. Not only is Jake Paul telling girls that boys obsess over their bodies hurtful to girls, I also think it's hurtful to boys. I know that a lot of of boys that age are just discovering those feelings for the first time, and maybe they're a little ashamed of those feelings. Jake Paul could be someone they trust and look up to, and he is saying that boys should be watching porn and obsessing over women's bodies, and in that situation I would think that there is something wrong with me because I'm not a creep. as a minor and someone who has a uterus, i had to fully take a few minutes to process things after hearing the whole 'guys are obsessed with what girls look like naked' thing because, what the actual fuck. thats genuinely so gross. gotta be some of the most vile shit ive ever heard. like, we are already paranoid enough about sexual harassment and being objectified, ive heard boys my age talk about the girls in some of the most mortifyingly shocking disgusting ways, so for jake paul to preach that to his fanbase of mainly 12-13 y/o children basically trying to say that its okay is so genuinely disgusting to me
@seventyseven1977 Жыл бұрын
Honestly, don’t trust no one lol. As a dude, I can confirm that other dudes are weird. Me, personally, I’m not big into the whole “look that girl is hot” thing. I don’t get it at all. If girls were judging me based on how I look, I would be really mad. So I don’t wanna do it to other people because I don’t want people to do it to me. Plus, the Paul brothers suck. And the only actual Paul brother fans are fetuses and crypto bros. And normal people don’t like people like that. My general advice: carry a weapon, look intimidating, watch everyone around you, don’t travel to suspicious areas, and don’t put yourself in situations where bad things could happen. Sucks we gotta do this to be safe, but the world ain’t perfect so we gotta do what we gotta do. Have a good day. (Also, most guys I know are similar to me. All of what jake is saying is total bullshit. The only guys who are gonna be doing that, you probably already know who they are and what they look like. I hate them as well they are super annoying.)
@LyftraS6 ай бұрын
Don’t take it too harsh, (def still will happen) but carry yourself with a sense of (possibly false) confidence and actually be yourself and question nonsense and you’ll still avoid most of these psychopaths. P.s. as an anxious mid 20s man it feels like everyone wants something from me but idk what it is. So there’s overlap but just try not to project this exact mindset on to all the people you meet. (Sadly also dont ignore it if bad signs show up)

Billie Peddle Okay. I’m at 9:55 and I’m honest just pissed off! How have we as a society, allowed the pestilence that is Jake and Logan Paul, to continue! How have we given them the tools to have so much fucking influence? Not only did his brother film fucking dead bodies, post it, and then continue to be a fucking brain dead imbecile, publicly shame preteen fans that just wanted to be nice to him, they also used what is basically a gambling site as a promotional tool. For those that don’t know the Paul’s used a website in which you pay money for a chance to win luxury prizes, sometimes the prices to play are more than the items are even worth. It’s basically a very very bad slot machine. And they are marketing this to kids. Jake is now running a SECOND!! That’s right SECOND, fucking scam on children. Or I guess third if you count the gambling After closing his bullshit edfluence team1000 thing that, you know, never actually gave anyone what they wanted for the money he scammed He’s opened up his own little social media education center, in which you pay a $20 fee per month, of which you cannot cancel. His page basically lays out for the child Either you use this service Or drown in student loan debt forever. This website has many videos for the user to watch, but also has masterclass style videos you can purchase once you go through all the videos included in the $20 subscription (He also promises a video conference with him that never happens) These additional masterclass supreme videos run anywhere from $100-$1500!!!!!!!! But If you weren’t already mad, this ones a doozy! This website of uncensored and unmonitored bullshit, as a social aspect. Similar to Facebook, where anyone of any age can post literally anything! There’s no age limit. So Hypothetically Ten year old Timmy can go online, and talk to people of quite literally ANY age And while he probably unknowingly charges thousands of dollars to his mothers credit card, he starts talking to a pretty girl named Sandra. Because obviously Jake thinks kids should learn to have sex around the age of 7 given the content of his book. Except Sandra is actually a 76 year old pedophile, who is disguising himself as a girl to groom a child. All the while, selling a fucking book to children that is so fucking vile I can’t even comprehend it! YOU ARENT THE PARENT YOU DONT FUCKING TEACH CHILDREN THIS YOU BELLEND. All the while he’s teaching little girls that boys will start to sexualize you almost instantly, enforcing the most disgusting of stereotypes, and yet still manages to sexualize women. And the best part is HE DIDNT EVEN WRITE IT PROPERLY!!!! All he did was copy and paste the same message over and over, modifying the hair color! And he spelled blonde wrong. Twice. (Blond) How? HOW the FUCK, do we allow this ignorant, brain dead monstrosity of a celebrity, become this famous? How do we allow our young, to idolize such a disgusting prick? Please I implore parents to prevent your children from interacting with the Paul’s. In any way. These people are the joke of KZbin. They make people like drew, Leon Lush, daz games, etc, look bad! I’m not one that likes for people to attack celebrity’s, I think that cancel culture is toxic. But for the Paul brothers, they are becoming a genuine danger to children. I genuinely think that they will eventually end up being arrested, and have their own episode of American greed!
@billiep16034 жыл бұрын
Input channel name I knew about all of that from Drew’s other videos and it’s horrible. He makes his brother look like a saint, and obviously Logan isn’t an amazing person but like c’mon. Boys and girls NEED to learn that it’s not right to be disrespectful and gross to each other and this book just promotes the opposite!

There are also a lotta rappers who exaggerate though. A great example is Lil Tecca in Ransom, where he himself admits that parts of his don't are just straight untrue and purely because he thought it sounded good. However, I think most rappers base their songs on their real lives. Exaggeration can be present in the song for the message to still come across about their personal struggles, so it's not necessarily a bad thing. The problem with Jake's comment is that he's saying every rapper exaggerates, therefore his 'struggles' can relate to genuine hardship.

I was triggered the moment Drew started reading that hot garbage. It only gets worse. It’s like when you’re dreaming and your dream suddenly turns into a nightmare and you suddenly wake up only to realize that now you’re in an even worse nightmare than before and you can’t get out of it. You can only “wake up” and land in another nighmare.
