I do sleep on my leg side and a wedge most time. I don't get up to P at night. I am going to a sleep soon, I wake up around 4 or 5 am. Worried because I don't sleep eight hours. I sleep better in the afternoon then I do at night which is crazy.

My grandmother slept 4-5 hours daily for decades until she pass away at 101. years old. She raise 12-kids by her self and work at two different jobs until she stop at age 80. than we took care of her as far as her working daily but she still work at home.

When you sleep in one position for a long time (side or back), blood circulation can get cut off and you can get soreness in your shoulder or back. So, your body has to turn and even wake up. Are these interruptions inevitable and unhealthy? Seems to be a bigger problem for men than women?

I have sleep apnea and wear a full mask and I still wake up. I prefer to sleep my left side but I still wake up! I lost over 30 pounds! Still have sleep apnea I do not drink either.

Mine began in October 2017; and I can't go more than four hours without waking up. I will immediately return to sleep, waking up every 1.5 hours. Stumped? It happened the very day I transitioned to OMAD from 18:6 2MAD.

I've been on ambien for more than a decade. How do I get off and still sleep? I was put on because I suddenly stopped being able to sleep. It was actually serious and caused real medical problems. It took a combination of meds before they could get me back to sleep. I've never been able to sleep on my own since and I only get about 5 hours of sleep a night. So. ???

I would recommend finding a ozone thereapist and doing a ten pass occasionally which passes ozone through your blood and then put back in your body I believe Dave Asprey is also a believer in ozone thereapy. Just my two cents I thinjk you might find a few in california and some near say Lake Taho in Nevada. these are higher elevation places as well. my observation was move to a lower elevation as every time I went home to visit my mom in north dakota by the time I hit North Platt I could feel the difference in my energy level as its a 12 hour drive. Huge difference wide awake n raring to go n do what ever needed to be done when I got home.

Ya know I usually run a oxygen consiintrator during the day a cheap one off amazon n my brothers use C-pap machine but they are in colorado ass I used to work for an oxygen company delivering oxygen all over the denver area. and now Im in North Dakota and obviously lower elevation and I smoke. But this works for me especially at night while I sleep. So guess what Im gonna keep using it though I may get another one I just turn it on without using the canulas mn just increase the oxygen in my home as well I have an ozone machine I have used to bubble through water occasionally as well.

Oura Ring. Fitness/sleep tracker. I wore one for about 4 years. It was $300 when I originally bought mine. For me at least, I didn't find it to be that accurate especially for sleep. They also have terrible customer service. I ended up getting an Apple watch which is much more accurate. 2 things I preferred about Oura - you could shower and swim wearing it. You really never have to take it off except to charge it once a week.

Hi Dr Gundry, Please get your staff to refund my money for an order which was cancelled to honour your money back guarantee . Miles kept asking me to contact my bank saying it was not cancelled but the bank advised the refund has to come from you not me giving the instructions. I had asked for proof that it is cancelled but no response. Unless you are a scam which is highly likely then I will give up!
