Recently, heard this same information from a metabolism expert. I am devastated about this. I had bone lost and ended up with root canals, teeth removed, and implants. Before that, I was eating healthy and was very clean with my teeth. Used tooth paste floride free, changing tooth brushes monthly, etc. Recently all my lab work came back and my health is not what I expected. I strongly believed my health has to do with my teeth. I can't afford to have all the implants in my mouth (titanium) to be replaced for ceramic 😢

I am so sorry. I am in a similar boat. Another reason to loathe dentists. We have merely opened our mouths to keep them in work.

In Australia and already on Dr G's gut protocol, I also follow Dr Ellie Phillips teeth protocol, which is remineralising and whitening in one: my teeth no longer ache and stay white. Getting xylitol gum wasn't easy and is relatively expensive though. I do intend to go see my dentist about removing my old amalgam fillings and cleaning out my root canals too. Great episode.

Most artificial sweeteners in the US seem to be xylitol including gum and toothpaste.

Mercury is a bit less toxic than plutonium apparently and evaporates all the time, poisening the dentist and the patient, but it is a suitable material amalgamated with silver for teeth filling, that is if a person can see a dentist or afford one in the UK, people are exstracting there own teeth here in the UK with plyers.

These basic health reports and observations provided by Dr. Gundry centering on prevention and treatment should be recommended information in government service to the public.

VERY frustrating trying to find a bio dentist . There are so FEW out there. Modern dentistry is toxic & barbaric.

Loved this interview Dr Dome is incredible I’ve been talking to my dentist about some of these concerns and getting laughed at conspiracy theory so I make decisions around my mouth health not just take his advice automatically . I’ve since moved to a functional dentist more expensive but what is your health worth ?

After watching this video I went onto Dr. Dome's KZbin channel and watched several of his videos. In one he refers to bleeding gums as "leaky gums" and compares them to a leaky gut (in that bacteria and food particles can enter into the bloodstream through the small "bleeding wound" around the tooth). In another video he shows the "Yes and No" foods list that he gives patients to help them build up needed nutrients and prepare their bodies for any dental surgery. Many of the foods on his "Yes" list are on Dr. Gundry's "No" list. Dr. Gundry, when you have a guest like Dr. Dome on your show who is approaching nutrition from a different point of view than yours did you advise him to remove certain foods from his "Yes" lists because of the research you've done on lectins?

I had no idea Arnold had a younger brother 😂. Seriously though, I’m sending this to my amazing dentist. I’ve been replacing old fillings with new as needed but I have MS and I always wonder.

Great information on the video I will rewatch. Not sure if they’ve mentioned this on the video - Rinse mouth with water sea salt, baking soda, peppermint oil, dental floss, water pic. I definitely do oil pulling with organic MCT-coconut oil or olive oil and swallow. Can’t believe some videos recommend spitting that out into the sink not good for home plumbing.

So cool, that these issues are now understood and publicly discussed. Dental sources are in top 3 for cancer, even for toddlers. Thanks for sharing. Myself, I went through some research few years back and removed all teeth, preventing many diseases, completely removed asthma and similar of my wife too

I read an article saying that it’s best to leave the amalgam fillers because at the time of removal, there is more toxic gases and exposure to operator and patient.
