This is a good summary of what you have been saying in your podcasts over the years. Thank you for reminding me. I am motivated to continue on the right path. Why does the food industry hide sugars, taking us for granted? Since I knew the truth that you espoused about food, I have abstained from them. I eat organic, avoid sugars, do intermittent fasting, use extra virgin olive oil, exercise, sleep ambly, etc Thank you for the good work. Blessings.

I told myself that watching my diet just couldn’t be a priority, while battling mental illness and a Substance Use Disorder, and going back to school at 41. I put off bunion surgery, and became less active, due to pain, school, and sedentary work. 7 years into recovery, I found out I have vasculitis, due to overweight (not even obesity) and inactivity. No matter what else is going on, proper diet and exercise is vital! Thanks for this video! ❤

I've heard that eating a carnivore diet can help with that. Maybe incorporating some sweet potato and fruit as well. Maybe some vegetables as well. But, I've heard that oxalates can contribute to arthritis so I'd be careful with high oxalate vegetables like spinach, kale, etc.

There are 2 types of stevia. One is pure, but the other is mixed with corn starch to make it cheaper. It's not mentioned in the ingredients which type is used. The problem with the corn starch is , if it's from the GMO corn, it becomes lethal for some allergy sufferers. Once I drank a health drink sold as a lemonade with lavender, charcoal and stevia. Showed such poisoning symptoms; felt like dying for 5 hours ; severe diarrhoea and constant throwing up. Only found out what happened when I did a research on the Internet.

Red Meat is best to eat rather than vegetable.. Brain needs a lot of cholesterol to function and prevent Dementia. I use animal Lard and olive oil at times.. I had Crohn's and Colitis Gallbladder full stones kidney stones.. Meds from big pharma did nothing! Apples clementines grapes blueberries eggs ham bacon carrots turnips potatoes green peas cabbage cod salmon lamb moose . Crohn's downgraded to divertic.. kidney stones gone no gallbladder attacks. colitis isnt bothering me. rarely have any premade food. i take suppliments organic no bottled water. we grow ouur veggies and catch our fish local lamb .. sugar and additives in foods avoid.

Palmitic acid is the only, or nearly the only de-novo fatty acid made by humans, if I understand correctly. And the point of fat production by the human body is longish term storage of energy. I think it is unlikely that after all these millions of years of evolution, the human body would have chosen to store energy almost exclusively in a form which is harmful to it.
