Great report and review. My wife and I both drink a smoothie each morning. We use your Proplant Complete Shake Mix chocolate flavor, plus walnuts, kale or spinach greens, ginger root, blueberries, cinnamon, turmeric, some coconut, olive oil, pomegranate juice, avocado, carrot, sorry the liquid added is regular milk.

I am in hawaii and try to grow my own food. I’m thrilled to have an abundance of passion fruit. I also have ease growing Swiss chard arugula, basil, kale,chives and these others i want to know more about. Am i poisoning myself regularly eating Malabar spinach, moringa leaves, katuk leaves, chatya tree spinach, and purslane leaves. Please make a video with information about these easy to grow tropical greens. Are they superfoods or Okay to eat?

@tcuisix red meat is the most nutrient dense food on earth. Plants are full of anti-nutrients and toxic compounds. For example, Brussel sprouts have around 120 know carcinogens in it, spinach is rhe #1 leading cause of kidney stones etc.
