A man from Arizona who lived past 110 consumed cinnamon, cocoa, olive oil, garlic, and honey everyday. His dad told him to not eat read meat, but to eat lamb once in a while is ok. And he was told to have faith in God.

Dr Grundy, thank you so much for putting me on to MCT oil. You have no idea how much it's helped with my outsized appetite and binging tendencies. I mix it with P.E.A and it's taken the stress out of cutting down my food intake. I think beta blockers are slowing my weight loss down, but my goal is to eventually get off of them. The scales are moving in the right direction, though, and I feel better about myself because I'm not engaging in disordered eating habits. Much love, S. ❤️🙂

Around five years ago I lost 70 pounds and didn't change much in my diet. I did start using chia seeds, but I also started putting a shredded four cheese on my eggs in the morning. I also started doing bicycle crunches that work the lower abs a lot better. I also take Virgin coconut oil, not sure what caused the fat loss, but I have heard eating more fats causes the body to burn more calories!?

Dr. Gundry, are there any nutritional analysis of the mct's in raw, organic grass-fed A2A2 cows milk? (Lauric acid, capric acid, caproic and cauprilic acids) I know you talk about Italians eating raw goat and sheep dairy. But there's also centenarians in high Swiss alp communities that survive on cow's milk, GRAINS, and cabbages and potatoes! A2A2 brown Swiss cows 😮😊❤

Here is my question Dr Gundry - what is the mechanism behind food sensitivity, inflammation and diet? Nature usually seems to have a reason for anything it does, so why does the body produce these inflammatory factors in response to food? Perhaps this could be your next book. You would think that the body would be happy to get any energy source available, but this clearly does not seem to be the case.
