I just had to come back here and give my testimony. I was hospitalized Thursday with a stroke level 4 BP of 248/156. They pumped me full of medicine that had me feeling like death. They diagnosed me with low potassium. I got out Sunday and BP was still high even going back up into the 200's never dropping below 185 on the BP medicine. After drinking the hibiscus tea and eating potassium rich food I am down to 139/92 in ONE DAY!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! It's still high but coming from stroke level 4 I am seeing results and I'm done with the medicine! So excited! Thank You Lord and thank you Dr. Berg!

I am recovering from surgery so at the time I was still on meds, having pain etc. My BP was 179/110, which is very unusual for me. I ate blueberries 🫐 drank hibiscus 🌺 tea in the evening and only water. Today when I went to my appointment, my pressure went down to 122/70!!! I am so grateful 🙏🏽 for you giving us the info that's gonna save our lives. I even lost 6 lbs. I wish you could be my doctor. Is it common to drink it in the Carribbean? If so, Im assuming people there dont get high blood pressure correct ?

@@stevegwizzle3560 it is not ‘common’ because slowly but surely West Indians (the Caribbean is historically called the West Indies; no we are not literal ‘Indians’) aka Caribbean people have fallen in love with American foods. It’s not as common as say Starbucks & kfc which people line up for. Hibiscus tea here is something most people’s grandparents would know about but younger generations, wouldn’t be interested as much. If you aren't eating a high sodium diet, also look into celery smoothies or celery juice. It really helps with blood pressure. For a year now, my blood pressure has been normal WITH BEET JUICE! Of course, important segments are normal exercises (walking), reduce salt, fat, alcohol, coffee, reduce but do not eliminate, but the holy medicine for high blood pressure is beet juice! Also, beetroot juice must be drunk in moderation, because if you drink, say, an entire glass your blood pressure can drop below normal! So, who has high blood pressure, half a cup of beet juice before noon and half a cup after noon! And you don't need that therapy every day, just sometimes! I now drink one cup a week, sometimes two!

Dr. Berg to the rescue once again. I’ve always had borderline BP (140s/80-90). After watching this video I began mixing organic hibiscus with my organic green tea everyday. After 4 weeks my BP at my annual physical was 117/78. Even when I had the flu recently, it was 128/82. Blown away with this natural remedy. Thank you!

@@annd.341 yes I actually have and the results came out normal. There wasn’t any low deficiencies in any area. I would say I may need more vitamin D but I’m a pretty active person that runs outdoors a lot. I tend to eat a pretty balanced diet and not too high in calories and my sodium intake is quite low. All hormones and chemicals came out normal. The doctor had to take my blood pressure 3 times because she couldn’t believe how highly it was for someone like me.
